The cleanliness and the friendly staff
By far the cleanest hotel on our trip & location convenient if traveling with a car.
More than lived up to it's review rating - modern & spotless, big comfortable bed, excellent menu - in quality, variety in courses and price, with amiable staff. Safe parking. Hearty breakfast - sets you up for the day. Excellent location to tour the region. Less cigarette smoke in the bar would be good - but also used by locals.
good value. warm welcome .good food. comfortable room
Hotel Turmo is set in a quiet countryside location with fabulous mountain views. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the food is good country cooking and plenty of it. No
Second visit confirms 'Excellence' and 'Conviviality' are the keywords here for cleanliness; bed size and comfort; meals quality, variety & value and staff delivery. Ample free parking. Will return! Nada, solo demasiado lejos de Almeria.
Comfortable room, with nice balcony overlooking the hills off the Pyrenees. Very peaceful. Great initiative to make the room soundproof from hallway noise: there is an extra door before entering the actual bedroom. We were by motorbike and the hotel made at our disposal a spot for free in a safe big underground garage. Cleaning staff has tried to enter the room a couple of times before check out time.
Excellent value for money, the meals were huge and the hotel and bar very comfortable. Private garage supplied for the motorbikes at no extra charge. Not much English spoken, but the staff tried very hard. Very difficult to find fault with this budget hotel.
The hotel has a cafe/bar that is open to non-residents. It appears to be a popular place for the locals but wasn't too noisy. First impression when arriving was that this is an average hotel but the room exceeded this and is one of the better ones I've stayed in. An the bed was enormous and easily big enough for three - its a pity I was alone. At first, there was a little difficulty finding someone who spoke English but I partly blame myself - I should have learnt more than just 'Hola'. As a result nobody explained when and where breakfast would be served.
The room was basic but equipped with all we needed. very clean. excellent value for money. Close to Ainsa, to the ordesa national park (about an hour to Torla). The room was a bit cold but the staff immediatly brought a radiator to our room.
Great food, service, position and the indoor pool and jacuzzi is great , will definitely go back no
lovely postion, and nice to have indoor pool and sauna no
Nice and pleasant hotel outside the lovely town of Ainsa . Ideal for both visiting the city and travelling around the great region. Our room was on the noisy side and the air condition was not very effective so when we oppened the door to the balcony the frogs and traffic did not let us sleep .
A very atmospheric hotel in a beautifull location and good accessability. Lovely resteraunt with mountain views and excellent food.
Everything about this hotel was very good. The attic room was beautifully finished in wood. Ample cupboards. Lovely balcony with excellent view. Good pool and sunbathing area. Ainsa is a must see place and the whole area is wonderful. Fixed price dinner was good. On the main road to the hotel there is a big works (sand and gravel?). We could hear it slightly from the garden on the Friday afternoon but obviously not during the weekend.
Very friendly and helpful staff, The resturant offered very good food at reasonable prices. The Hotel is very well positioned for trips in to some fantastic countryside. Have already recommend this hotel to several friends and we will be returning ourselves.
Nice pool, very quite, room and bed were very nice and comfortable Don't eat there!!! Breakfast or evening!!! Prices are high for a very low standard food and cooking quality. Also air conditioning was not working in room
The accommodation was above average, loved the duplex layout.
Nothing partcicularly. The open smoking policy. The entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. In addition, to have a breakfast included in the hotel price that was held in an open smoking public bar was unacceptable in the extreme. Spain needs to get themselves out of the middle ages in smoking policy.
Cleanliness, convenience, attitude and helpfulness of staf and price None
Friendly staff very relaxed atmosphere the hotel is very much part of the community ,large public bar/cafeteria and while the description says it has no parking there is parking
Good for older part of Isaba. Map of where this was hopelessly out as to where the hotel actually is
Nice room with good view of river No restaurant, bar is smokey
In the centre of Ainsa. It provided a comfortable bed for the night. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Plenty of Restaurants nearby. The entrance to the supposedly secure Car Park managed to damage 2 out of 3 bikes in our party because of the severe camber on either side of the gate track. They were so badly damaged our friends couldn't continue their holiday. The Air Conditioning unit in my room leaked so badly it flooded the bedroom within one hour. Only one member of Staff really tried to help and liaise with us. The Bar / Cafe within the hotel (open to the public) was very rough & ready.
we found it had very helpful staff, the room was very clean, warm and comfortable. secure car parking. ideal stop over for France/Spain.
Clean and modern rooms
Just a night stopover during journey
Staff very welcoming. Room comfortable and hotel perfectly situated near old city. Nice restaurant for dinner. Overall, very happy with our stay.
Staff very helpful and friendly. We arrived on a motorbike and we were not charged to park the bike in their secure garage (bike slipped into a corner so did not utalise a car parking space). Breakfast was excellent. Beds were a bit firm for us
It was so easy, good food, internet access free, parking outside, A real treat.
Very nice and plesent hotel. Very good and clean facilities. excelent value for money. great location for traveling in the Pyrenees.
The place where the hotel is located is wonderful. You have many excursions that begin near the hotel, so you don't have to drive, and they are great! we recommend "cascadas del Boom". Apart from that, we booked for a double room and our baby and when we get there, they didn't have any free double room so they acomadatted us in an apartment which was fantastic! they didn't have much control of the parking, so every time we had to get in it it was a trouble, and they didn't do the baby's bed...we still don't know why
Very confortable and cozy There was no air condicioner in the room
The views from the hotel, the location and the services that we looked for. We only wanted bed and breakfast and were happy with the comfort of the room. Everything was fine
Very nice facility, good breakfast, spacious room, beautiful view.
Location of the hotel is fantastic.
Perfect for a weekend ski break: bus service to the slopes, although they are close enough to walk; clean and modern rooms; and decent spa for relaxing the muscles post ski. Cerler seems more a family / quite break resort with good skiing but little night life.
All good. Lovely pool, great location, good food Internet only in public areas. In room too would be great!
The room was relatively large and it had a comfortable couch and other useful accessories. The breakfast wasn't worth to its price.
Convenient location with secure parking. Welcoming, basic but comfortable and clean with good breakfast. Price very fair.
Centrally located. Good staff, plenty of good parking secure parking Would be better if breakfast was included in the room rate
The location of the hotel was excellent for hiking tours around the Aragon region. The personnel of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Not very much to mention bad points, but the breakfast and especially dinners were slight disappointments - there were better places in Ainsa to eat in the evenings.
Friendly staff. Having a fridge in the room weas a definite plus. Well positioned for visiting the Ordesa National Park. Nasty smell of drains in the bathroom only stopped by keeping the plug in the bidet.
The location was excellent, easy to find and the welcome very good after a long journey. As a 2 Star hotle I found the facilities excellent and would stay again. I can think of none on our stay
Clean comfortable rooms, very helpful and courteous staff. Very good breakfast spread for an extra charge (worth it I think). Location is good - just over the bridge from town (5 min walk), and 20 min walk or so from the upper Old Town. Ainsa is a great base for hikes in the nearby National Park (though be prepared for very narrow and winding mountain roads to get to the trailheads).
Easy parking and good location. Restaurant reasonable and food good. restaurant didn't open until 9pm and then bar was shut when we had finished.
Good location with walk up to the walled part of the town. Reasonable price
Good views None
The views, the location, the peace and quiet, and the possibility for our young children (3 and 5) to run around noisily without anybody objecting. The "double" bed was not in fact a double bed - it was two single beds on castors, which slid apart easily when one moved on the bed. This was a bit inconvenient...
Great location in the mountains with perfect view. Room was nice and equipped with everything you needed. A hair dryer you could get at the reception. Breakfast was ok but coffee was not like the typical spanish strong one:)
The location is great, they have a car park, breakfast is rich enough and there are a couple of good resturants around..If you need to rent skiing equipment the hotel has an agreement with a shop nearby and that shop has a shuttle bus to the ski center which is great..If you have your own equipment either you have to walk (10 minutes) or take the car.. Be sure you take your hairdryer with you cause there are non in the rooms, you have to ask it from the reception but they have only 5 in total... so you may end up with wet hair..
The absolutely clean room and bathroom. The bathroom bathtub could be a simple shower for easier access and less water spilled on the floor.
The language facilities
Lovely area. A lift would have been handy!
The hotel was functional and clean and served our purpose of a one night stay - not somewhere to linger though the room was on the smallside and there was a busy road to the front of the hotel - where our room was locted - but it was only one night
Very friendly and helpful staff, let us use the secure hotel car park for our motorbikes free of charge. Food was great. Would book again.
views, decor including sitting area with room no
The hotel is very beautiful old stone house in a brilliant setting. Staff was very helpful and nice, and the room was cozy, tidy and peaceful. The atmosphere is part of the magic.
A great hotel in the Benasque valley what gives a lot of opportunity for hiking!
very friendly personnel. nice location very far from anything else. needed a car to be reached.
Very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Splended view. The access road to the hotel is not clear enough.
The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in on holiday. The restuarant of the hotel next door was recommended. We would not support the recommendation!
We loved the peacefully place were is located, perfect decoration and kindness of the staff.
small and cozy
We were impressed with the attention to detail - breakfast, decor, beautiful garden and general ambiance. The hotel is quiet and peaceful and, although the hotel has no restaurant, the town has several places to eat. Very pleasant manager.
