Well, we reserved 2 vans, but when we came to pick up, they did not have the vans, so they upgraded us to a Ford Flex. We did like the Ford Flex so that worked out well.Cons:
Luckily, even though we reserved a van - which is why we went with National, because they showed to have a van. When showed up to pick up, they did not have the van we reserved, so they gave us a Ford Flex. We did like the Ford Flex, so it worked out fine.8.8 Very good

Pros:
At first I thought taking a large pickup vehicle would be abit excessive for two. However, with a full tank of fuel already provided and plenty of legroom inside the car it made the 8hr journey to our destination totally worth it. The car also had a great stereo system!Cons:

The car I reserved and expected to drive was apparently unavailable and a Kia Soul was the replacement. Your agent assured me that it was an upgrade but I found that it lacked power especially when passing and climbing hills. Rear window visibility could have been better.
