Price given by kayak didn’t reflect the price at the cash. Airport location is more expensive. I was charged $15 extra.Reviewed Sep 28 2026

My experience was good only down side was that the car was not wash and had damaged by the other owner that used it like scratch on the paint on the driver side back and the front also. Did do a video in the budget parking lot before taking the car of the scratchesReviewed May 6 2024

They sent me with tires that had no thread left on them. One was leaking air! I had to stop numerous times to fill it up. Cruise Control was not working because of that. I shared all that with the staff member when I returned the vehicle. He said he did not know about the tires and it is because they have had the vehicle for longer than they usually do because of Covid. I ask that they please change the tires before they rent it out to someone else not to put anybody else at risk.Reviewed Aug 23 2022
