The car was much smaller than we booked for, we couldn't fit all of our luggage. There was no larger car available. The car was FILTHY. Dried up milk in the back, food all over the floor, dust and dirt all over the back seat, car seat left inside, splattered drinks in the center console.. it was disgusting.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
Josh at Hertz was a total professional, from check out, to extending our rental because our work truck is getting the motor rebuilt and is not going to be completed for another week. We have been so stressed over the financial loss and worried about not being able to complete jobs without a work truck. However, Josh at Hertz made the process super easy...thank you so very much...Hertz has earned our business and repeat business.4.4 Mediocre

Everything at hertz was great, especially Stephany! She was so helpful and kind! I don’t think my rental experience would have been the same with out her being involved! The car was clean and smelled great! The service was fast and easy! I’m so glad we rented with hertz!2.0 Poor
