Yes and thanks for good service
Clean facility with good amenities. Super staff. Attentive and efficient. Rooms are large and equipped with everything you need to include sundries. Location on the 50 makes for some noise in the rooms that face the highway, but it's reasonable.
The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was rude. The greeting person at the door didn't even greet us. The staff was awkward and made us feel uncomfortable.
Close to freeway Mold in tub. Car break ins, in the parking lot in middle of the day.
No water pressure
It was dirty the walls the bathtub soap scum mildew hair in sink edge's around room carpet bedded vacuum. Their were someone's dirty under ware and a condom wraper not to mention food at head of bed. Wont be going back here again
Smoking rooms?! Idk Rude night manager, wouldn't give me the price advertised on their site, so I booked it on my phone. He couldn't find me in their system after booking and giving him the confirmation/reserve number. Refused to call their online booking department. I called, spoke with a representative and confirmed my reservation went through. The rep told me to have him call them. The guy STILL refused to call them. I called back (waited on hold yet again) the rep was kind enough to call the lobby. The next 15 min consisted of the employee arguing that he knows how to check for online reservations. After reluctantly doing the steps the phone rep suggested he was able to see my info......
Price! Not so clean, and definitely not friendly front desk clerk.
Good check-in with nice conversation. Check-out was speedy.
It was cheap and conveniently located It took about two hours to get checked in. The poor girl at the desk was all alone. No manager on site. The wait line was long and the phones were ringing constantly. Even people asking for towels were asked to wait untill she had time. The one coffee machine they have was broken. The toilet was dirty. The sink in the bathroom was about to fall off the wall. The shower had no water pressure and the head was about a foot too low to do much good. I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work but didn't feel like bothering the girl again for help she had enough going on
This hotel was the right price in a decent location. The front desk employee was very friendly and pleasant. The room was small, and since the door faces the outside, there was a lot of noise in the morning. If you're trying to sleep in, this is not the hotel for you. The air conditioner could have used a cleaning, as using it gave the room a musty smell. The TV setup was also strange - the remote was all but useless, and changing the channel required reaching around to the cable box and manually changing the station. No iron in the room.
My brother had to race and it served its function: we tested. Lots of restaurants close by to choose from. A Starbucks literally next door. The bathroom needs some upgrades. The handle to the close to close the sliding bathroom was broken on the inside, the paint on the sliding door was scraped off. The toilet seat was really off. The bathroom really needs an upgrade.
Nice beds. Ac was wonderful. Tv was great. Didnt have any bad issues. Shower wasnt cleaned very well.
Location No water pressure in shower
Free WiFi and cable They had too many bugs
Rooms are spacious, clean, and air conditioned upon arrival.
Not very clean
Very spacious room with suite! The breakfast was hot and filling with plenty of protein. Construction left no aesthetics to the lobby. First impression was poor.
Staff were friendly and competent, location convenient, room clean and comfortable, love the dog-friendly policy, breakfast and room snacks surprisingly tasty.
Staff, very friendly and helpful Size of the bathroom, very small, second bed way to close to the outer wall, made it hard to get around that side of bed
Rancho Cordova's Hyatt was amazing as always. The customer service that Dean provided was fabulous as always. none
clean and quiet, it seemed to be in a business park type area.. which was nice and quiet over a holiday. i wish breakfast stayed open until 10am
The room was spacious and had plenty of power plugs for working.
Cleanliness and the staff were absolutely great. The tv system they use was a bit difficult to navigate with the controller not functioning properly but thats really minimal and takes nothing away from the great service of the room.
Updated good size rooms, supper helpful staff, awesome complementary breakfast, everything you need for short or long stay is here. Our room was located on the fifth floor and still we had hundreds of ants wondering around.
The room was more than I expected!
The person at the front desk was very nice and kind. Also... answer all my questions. The pool wasn't open for my kids. That's one reason I decided to choose La Quinta with a reasonable hotel price.
The price was very reasonable. The fact it allows pets was great. Nice new TV. Small breakfast included.
When we arrived there was a mix up with the rooms and our kids were going to have to stay across the hall, spliting up the family. They found a way to get our rooms adjoining and it made the trip perfect for our whole family. There were small cosmetic issues but the staff more than made up for them.
After a seven hour drive I arrived and was told that the room I reserved was unavailable and that the only room left was a smoking room. This is not acceptable. I was told by the woman at the front desk that I should have put a note on my reservation that I wanted a non smoking room. I reserved a non smoking room! I had no choice but to accept a room with a sofa bed. Upon exiting the elevator I was greeted with a cloud of cigarette smoke. I saw no smoking signs on all the doors. Once inside the room I opened the refrigerator to put my water inside and it was WARM. The unit was plugged in and turned on high. The room smelled like smoke. The bathroom had hair in the tub. I can only assume that the positive reviews are fake. AV The sofa bed was a flat wire mattress that nobody could sleep on so I slept on the floor. AVOID unless you're a heavy smoker who doesn't like cleanliness or a good nights sleep.
The free breakfast, mini-fridge, and microwave in the room helped save money on the working trip. The staff was friendly, especially at breakfast. The public carpets needed vacuuming. The mattress was old and needed to be replaced.
The staff was very friendly and helpful within the limitations of what they had to work with. The bed was very comfortable. I felt safe there and I was traveling alone, so feeling safe was a high priority. The pool and hot tub were nice. I could have overlooked some of the things I didn't like if it weren't for one thing. That was, two days before it was time for me to check out, the light in my bathroom burned out. There is one light in the bathroom, the shower is in there and the door won't stay open. So bathroom activities had to be completed in the dark! The morning after it burned out I went down to the desk and asked them to fix it. I then went to my conference. They wrote down my room number and said they would have maintenance take care of it. When I arrived home early evening, it was still burned out. I called down to the desk and asked what happened and could they please take care of it? They said that maintenance was gone for the day. Long story short- I spent the rest of my stay in the dark in the bathroom. To me it was absolutely ridiculous that they couldn't change the light bulb! The breakfast was ho-hum and there were no gluten free offering.
overall clean and good location The staff was very particular. I was given a card to have breakfast - when I went down to get coffee and a bagel I was highly questioned about where I was staying and was I allowed to be there? No one else was there, but the staff was highly suspicious.
Nice design room Bathtub drainage issues!

Great room and service! Under renovations in the main building, but no big deal because they were happy to upgrade

It was a mini suite, great breakfast, helpful staff The toilet kept running The shower/bathtub water controls were not working right My room was not cleaned the second day, I had to go to the desk for another towel and shampoo
The location is conveniently located next to I-50. The hotel needs a major remodel. The rugs were all worn out and the rooms look outdated.
The room was amazing The back door of the building was not working
The staff was pleasant, check-in was quick and easy. The room was a suite with separate sleeping quarters. 2 TV's, a mini fridge, microwave, iron, etc. Windows actually open for some fresh air which I like! I hate I had to miss the omelet breakfast! ;)
Lack of hotel amenities, snack center had stale items, no water in snack center. Didn't have transportation to airport. Minimal parking due to construction.
Large, clean room with full kitchen and 2 flat screens. Great!
Breakfast was nice. The manager was a jewel. Not all the entrances were handicapped accessible so my husband had to go around to other doors.
Clean and comfortable AC set up strange. Wall thermometer didn't control unit
The unit included a kitchenette, full size sofa, small dining table, flat screen TV, free internet. It was modern and clean.
Large cockroach in bathroom, poorly maintained accessible shower ( replacement shower head couldn't be used without holding in hand). Toilet ran all night.
The location felt cozy The breakfast was mediocre. Coffe tasted acidic, orange juice was watered down limited selection
Facilities were run down. Many people were wondering the hall late at night, not allowing sleep.
The room and property were much better than I expected. Granted, I wasn't expecting much, it was the lowest priced room available in the area. But, I think they have recently renovated. My room was actually really nice. Clean, newer furnishings, nice layout, it was on the 4th floor so it even had a nice view of the mountains (and a sketchy convenience store, but I ignored that). The grounds were clean, nothing spectacular, but no surprises either. It's a Days Inn in Rancho Cordova; don't expect the Citizen. That being said, if someone needs a convenient, inexpensive, one or two-nighter, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Everything was fine. The front desk person was a bit clueless and not very creative when it comes to problem solving ("Our policy is..."). That wasn't all that unexpected.
Room was clean and comfortable, the heater worked better and was quieter than many I've dealt with, reception was pleasant and helpful. Lighting in bathroom was not as good as I would have liked.
The location off of the interstate . Very quick. Reserved a smoking room, got there and they say they were booked. The computers were down when I checked in and waited over 20 minutes to get checked in. Then she said the computers are down come sign the papers in the morning . Was disappointed is all.
Nice, large, clean, comfortable room with all necessities provided. Friendly staff, many good choices for breakfast and breakfast area meticulous. Quiet location, plenty of parking. Very pleasant stay. No
Family friendly and the indoor pool! No
This hotel was great! Clean, perfect location. Staff was great. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, a meat (sausage, or bacon) potatoes , oatmeal, waffle maker, fruit, cold cereal , toaster for toast, bagels. And muffins! You may want to take your pillow. Theirs were a little flat.
It was very clean, room was spacious, staff was very nice, and the free breakfast was very good. No
Very clean rooms and the variety of breakfast items each morning. The price was very reasonable as well. Ice machine on 3rd floor not working very well.
Nice hot breakfast in the morning. Big soft bed. Very clean
Very quiet and clean. Spacious, comfortable room The pool area was terrible. Too small with awful air quality. The shower head was too high and not only hard to reach but very stiff and hard to adjust. Dangerous getting on edge of tub to adjust it. Bathtub sloped in on siddueand flexed. Slippery.
Reasonable price and located near meeting and restaurants. No microwave or refrigerator in room; OK for our one-night stay but not for longer stay.
the breakfast was the best part of my stay there i didn't like how the staff was rude to me and my guests also they kept my deposit for incidentals because i left my plates from breakfast in the room
Best Hotel I have ever stayed in 3 1/2 stars. Pool hours are 6am to midnight. Awesome free breakfast.
Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Room has mini fridge and microwave.
Pretty basic and straightforward No breakfast included. Noisy room next to freeway. halls seem very dated.
Very comfortable beds and pillows. Every staff member we encountered was curteous and accomodating.
Easy access to fwy; many restaurants and stores near by Would have been nice if TV had a Spanish channel
Enjoyed the gym. Breakfast was healthy and tasted good. Some road noise due to freeway proximity but if air conditioner running was not a bother.
You allowed us to have our dogs. The staff was very accommodating me. The room was awkwardly furnished no table and chair a lot of open space.
I went to have a relaxing weekend and sit by a pool get in a hot tub. The hotel was packed with kids
Hotel was very clean and well organized. We stayed during some athletic competition and there were kids everywhere. Having said that the staff did a great job of resupplying the breakfast. Which is nearly an impossible feat when you have so many kids running wild with parents that could not care less. I would highly recommend great place good value Hotel was very clean and well organized. It is next to the freeway so request a room on the opposite side. However, either side I'm sure you will be happy.
The people at the front desk were Very friendly I came into town for work. I got up early Sunday to go for a run. 16 miles. I got back to the hotel at 10:03 with hopes of a good breakfast. Knowing they said breakfast closed at 10AM. I asked if I could have a waffle and got told no because it was after 10. I was still in my running gear so it was apparent that I was busy during breakfast hours. It would have been nice to have a good meal instead of cold cereal after my run.
As always, the Residence Inn was very clean, with friendly professional staff. Amenities were great: indoor pool & jacuzzi, gym, full hot breakfast among lots of other foods, free parking. Everything was very clean and everyone was very friendly.
Located close to freeway. Clean. Has Swimming Pool. Spacious room and breakfast that you can actually enjoy. The heater was pretty loud at times. I've notified the management and hope they can fix it.
The room was very clean and spacious . Breakfast was The best Stay Was too short. Can't comment
The staff were very helpful and the amenities were very nice. The mattresses and bedding was uncomfortable and low quality compared to the rest of the quality of the hotel.
Right next to the children's museum. Great breakfast.
Amazing employees Nothing :)
Very helpful staff, good value, decent rooms, also decent continental breakfast.
location On arrival, they said I had no reservation even when I showed email verifying reservation. Bad customer service, begrudgingly gave us a room. Paid for king bed, got a queen. TV did not work (bad satellite connection?). Bathroom door broken, very hard to open/close.
We walked into the room with a wet towel still on the ground. The bed sunk in the middle and the tubs did not plug up for a bath. Will go somewhere else next time. This is one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in They didn't honor the kayak price. It was almost $30 more
noisy. you can hear the neighbor's TV going all night and the AC/heat is super loud. The door doesn't seal well and the highway noise is very audible.
The staff member (with gorgeous black and gold nails) was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was nearby a CVS and wal-mart, and we were able to get right onto the road from there. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Other than a few people and/or their children slamming their doors at unholy hours (although the doors ARE heavy and loud slamming without even trying) it was a pleasant stay. Their continental breakfast was on point, we were able to have a quality breakfast on the cheap and I'll definitely be back. The doors. What classy guy decided that a hotel should have doors that slam with enough force to shake the building? I'd like to blame trashy neighbors, but really, I had a hard time going in and out without it sounding like my partner and I were having a heated argument.
Breakfast was excellent and well prepared Room was small and a bit cramped
good value for money. McDonalds right beside it :) They said there is wi-fi but it's actually only near the front desk. Not very clean but acceptable.
Xlnt! Much better than expected. Very impressed. Great value. Clean, comfortable, all employees very kind & helpful. I'd stay there again every time. Close to va Hosp at Mather Field. Suggestion: Should have a notice at front desk that va Shuttle is available to patients by calling 916...-.....
The staff was very friendly. Our coffe pot in our room was missing pieces so we couldn't brew coffee.
The person I went with Wi fi TV reception art microwave coffee
Friendly staff ! They tryed to do their best to please the guests. No all fine
We booked the room and they didn't even have a room for us. Completely horrible and rude as well. The women behind the front desk was a witch. How can you be so rude when you're supposed to have a room for us and I have a confirmation number and everything.
The chairs were broken and mismatched. The bed was the worst I've ever had. I ended up leaving before midnight to another hotel. Not at all what was advertised.
the courtyard and the layout of the place very nice. when we arrived server two police officers out front. Not sure what was going on but it seemed like most of our stay included local police and or sheriffs and probation officers. This place rents weekly so I think they get a lot of riff raff
The hotel was filthy. There are several rooms that people are living in. There is alot of strange behavior going on in the parking area and the surrounding area of the hotel. There is only one way in and out of the parking area.

room was dirty, old, tv was not working properlycoffee maker had coffee from the last
Smoking room& king size bed was great. Couch with a hide a bed and small frig was nice. The room wasn't bad, nothing fancy, it was pretty clean, including bedding. Front bldg. court yard, pool area nice, Ad said pet friendly, but nothing about $10 charge. Shower low pressure, too few towels,Cheap shampoo,NO creme rinse,ad said good brand of both.No coffee pot,1 small trashcan.Kids homeless trashy people everywhere, including pking lot,Knocks on door asking for Bill? All activity overlooked by security, BAD!
Nothing It was very loud in regards to the other guests, the room had different colored paint and drywall that want finished- the furniture was stained and dirty as was the carpet. The pillows felt like a sack of rolled socks. The tv was old and fuzzy.
It was quiet. The price. There was some homeless and unwanted people roaming the property but security kicked them out.
The bed is made and the room is clean. NO.... Excellent!!!
area was scary but the hotel was well fenced and had a security guard
