The room was`t clean, mugs, teaspoons with coffeemarks on. Empty milk containers. I asked for nonsmoking room, people smoked on the 1 floor, thestaff didn`t made sure about it, they are non friendly and nonhelpful
The staff were always very helpful. When we asked for something the request was dealt with immediately and correctly. Had no problems
The hotel is situated close to Highways.
The atmosphere againt the waterfront backdrop pricing, eg breakfast and drinks...
very good service and comfortable no
Comfort of the room Lots, for Sunday Lunch in your Restaurant, people were ironing at one of the tables whilst we were trying to have Sunday afternoon lunch. No service in the restaurant. Had to ask for wine 5 times, which you did not have and the waiter then wanted to sell us a half bottle of rosé!! I told the manager at the restaurant in charge I'm going to report them. All the waiters were complaining how tired they were after a very late night of party.
Bar area and resturant.
The hotel is well located at Kruger gate. The bathroom and some part of the hotel are becoming quiet old and could be renewed. Transport from the airport are fantaisists ...and never the same
It was close to shopping, but the smell of the lake was awful. The 'free internet' even quoted on the e-mailed billing statement - was an outright lie. Avoid this place. The lake stank. There were bugs in the room. When 'cleaned' the towels were not replaced. While advertised as having 'free internet' that did not exist.
The room was quite spacious and very clean. I liked the convenience and the location because we only stayed one night. The sink outside the bathroom. We found that a bit awkward.
We liked the proactive way the Front Office manager handled our botched pick up from the station. We did not like the gloomy club lounge, poor F&B presentations in the lounge and some over familiar staff.
Good sized room, clean, well located.
Currently extensive building work within the building which is noisy from early morning.
Very central, fancy and with nice staff.
The hotel certainly deserves the 5 stars status it has. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were always on hand to assist when we required help.
The weather and the food was quite good quality. Lack of choice of dining areas, expensive wine, even local S.African wines. Expensive transfer from airport to hotel, which did not arrive on time.
the rooms were amazing and clean....great value for money....and the staff were 5 star class!!
Only stayed one night - bathroom facilities, gown, towels all fantastic Quality of TV (beeld kwaliteit) wasnt that good but not a biggy
The relaxed nature of the lodge was obviously nice, the people is well mannered and professional, they carried my bags from and to my car, thank you for this. The lodge is very well placed and save. I previously stayed at Glenburn Lodge, Leopardsong can compair easily with them. Well done
The accommodating and friendly staff, as well as the tranquil setting.
nothing the room was very dark and noisy, shower not working well, lamps gone, meat burned. After a walk trough the garden we had 80 teaks.
The hotel staff were very accommodationg, very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal and very quiet. Restaurant was very good.
i prefer the business section, the rest is too removed from the hotel
The peacefullness. N/A
Modern and clean No dinner available
I only stayed for one night. The staff is very friendly. Nice breakfast and beautiful rooms.
Amazing Decor and attention to detail. Value for Money. 5 Star accommodation at 4 star prices. Best place to stay in Pretoria/Centurion area by far.
Enjoyable stay in a luxury and secure environment at a reasonable rate. The food was excellent. Cannot fault the hotel or its staff. Good experience.
Beautiful hotel with excellent service and standards. Very stylish but yet comfortable. A good base if working in Centurion.
Excellent friendly staff Small point, but Euro Soccer was flighted on Supersport Channel 3 and they had 1 (Slateboarding)& 2 (Motor rallying)but could not change to channel 3. They should try and be a bit more flexible . Not a complaint, rather a suggestion.
The attention to detail.
Staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was good quality. No free internet, very costly option to purchase internet.Alarm went off at 6am in the morning and was not reset for 15 minutes. No dinner available on weekend.
As a sales manager for a global software company, I have had the benenfit of staying in business level or 4.5 to 5 star hotels around the world. In my opinion Uitsigpark Guest@home4U is a home away from home. with European modern facilities, the most friendly and caring staff I have come across, the most important for me is the connectivity back to my business via the internet, and this was faultless over the 3 nights I stayed. The rate was cheaper by more than half than that of the usual hotel in the area I would stay, and on a global the Uitsigpark Guest@home4U is right uip there with the best, this section is not applicable
Delightful old-world charm and fussy detail. Felt much like a private house guest rather than hotel transient. Inarguably cute and quaint. Almost impossible to find, and no response initially to arrival. No community with other guests and little effort to involve with facilities.
