Pros: Sunshine. Cold beer. English speaking waiter (1,5 day).
Cons: THIS HOTEL IS NOT SUITED FOR INTERNATIONAL GUESTS. Their own website tells the following: «Our Mission: To make our customers feel are most important.» They did not make us feel welcome, certainly not important! We had made the reservation several months ahead, so they knew very well that we were coming. Still, the whole place was «buried» in dust. Bathroom shelf, sofa etc. All outdoor tables, chairs, umbrellas, sun beds and mattresses. On our demand they cleaned 1 table with chairs and 2 sunbeds our first morning (Thursday). The sun bed matresses were so worn and full og holes, they should have been thrown away years ago. The pool was so dirty it looked dark brown all over. They started the cleaning work of all this later that Thursday, which meant we could not use the pool that day. The umbrellas were flushed with a cold water hose. They were still very bad looking afterwards – they needed a big warm soap wash. We were the only guests from Wednesday night till late Friday night. So the personell had a lot of time to do the cleaning. The windows in the restaurant were cleaned on Saturday. They took down the curtain rods, they were all over the tables when we had dinner. Curtains were not present at all during our stay. In the bar there were a lot of glasses hanging over the desk. They were covered with dust – and were just the same during those 4 days we stayed there. We did not ask for drinks…. We told ourselves that this is Peru, not Europe standard. But we had travelled to Lima, Puerto Maldonado, Cusco, Urubamba Valley, Aguas Calientes and Puno – it was clean and nice all over, in the towns and in the countryside. When they promote themselves on the internet as a good hotel also for international guests, we expect more. We had to stay because it was prepaid, and we made the best of it and managed to enjoy the sun and the beer (red wine was ice cold, food was medium quality).
Pros: Perfect place to relax, staff is amazing. service is better than 5 star hotel. So much peace in this hotel. food is as good as a expensive restaurant in Lima. I had wifi issues and they changed the position of router to accommodate my requirements. Front desk reception is very polite and helpful
Cons: There is nothing to be disliked here. NOTHING. everything is perfect.
Cons: On arrival we were showed the room it was not to our like we got another room and accepted than some time later we were told the room was more expensive as a result I paid $ 150,00 which does not justify the qc at all very bad will report this place on trip adviser
Pros: The bed was really comfortable, room was big and clean. Garden & pool are great and well taken care of! Location is really nice too.
Cons: The toilet is and looks old. If they don't have budget to replace the shower/toilet/etc., then at least they could add more expensive and better quality amenities, rather than cheap looking soap and old towels. The color of the wall in the room (almost electric green) was not in line with the whole ambiance of the property (elegant, cozy).
Pros: Breakfast and the Pool.
Pros: Snr Parra, the hotel manager spent hrs on phone and internet helping us with Peru Customs. Great service.
