Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel staff for being helpful and friendly, and many found the location convenient, especially being close to restaurants and shops. Several reviews highlighted the spaciousness of the rooms and comfortable beds. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for many, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, stained carpets, and even mold or pests. While some guests enjoyed the breakfast and found it adequate, others thought it could be improved. Overall, the positives were the service, location, and room size, but cleanliness issues detracted from the experience.AI-Generated from customer reviews
