The place was wonderful. I think it was a little overpriced for the pre-summer season.
CBI is a very nice seaside vacation location to get some rest and relaxation. Stormy weekend and the room door kept rattling very inappropriately and we lost sleep due to it.
The staff was above and beyond-wanting to please our family 24/7. The cottage room felt like home away from home. The bose stereo in the bedroom is a nice touch, it was playing soft music when we entered. The kids had a blast!
What an amazing family hotel. They have thought of everything. Went with our 2 year old and it was perfect. Zero entry kid friendly pool. Food service at your cabana. Games for kids.
I/we liked our room with a private deck overlooking the pool. The room was a deluxe king. The staff is always very helpful to make sure our stay was a great one. We will definitely stay here again. We will ask for the same room. Breakfast, which is the only meal served, always was good with fresh fruit. The apple smoked bacon was delicious.
Comfortable beds, nice new bathroom, quiet area, very close to downtown area. Very friendly staff. Great value for the money. Would stay again!!
The motel was set back, well away from the road. Rooms looked very recently renovated. Great creature comforts: Wi-Fi, Fridge, Flat screen TV, Coffee maker. Everything was fine!
Great value for the money. The bed was very comfortable and the entire room very clean! The staff was so informative and accomodating. Loved the location. It was an easy drive to Provincetown north (40 minutes approximately) to Plymouth south (less than 1hr). We'll be back!
The bed were super comfy, very clean, room cooled down quickly in the humidity. Lovely bathroom, pool area was nice. Staff was very friendly. Coffee in the room with refills on the coffee pods everyday. Short drive to the center of town with a great atmosphere. Easy parking. Beach right around the corner. Overall a really great time at a great price. Would definitely return. There was nothing I did not like.
The hotel amenities- pools, tennis and pond activities. Staff was friendly. We were originally given a terrible basement room on the road into the resort. The room was somewhat clean but had a damp, musty odor. Space immediately outside of the room (as well as the room we moved to) was dirty and worn.
Room service delivered inside my room without my knowledge or permission
The room and amenities were very good. The room turned out to be a one bedroom condo with a small kitchen and a pull out couch.
Beautiful hotel, great location. Has it's own private beach with water warm enough to swim in, even early summer! We had an issue with our room when we checked in - was given a king bed instead of two queens. The staff was very accommodating about trying to fix the problem despite the late hour if our arrival. Our room was beautiful. We had a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Had to wait a while before the crib was delivered to our room (we checked in at 10pm). I would recommend calling ahead so they can get this ready for you before you arrive.
We stayed in the mansion room which was nicely done and what I expected for the 700 a night we paid. The beach bar was nice. The grounds were nicely manicured. The staff was generally helpful. The pool by the mansion was horrible. It was very crowded and filled with screaming children and large extended families. ( parents, grand parents, kids etc). The service was almost non-existent. I expect a pool attendant who offers and prepares my set up, brings me water and offers me food and drink on a regular basis. The pool was old and needed to be redone. I would say a holiday inn quality pool. They need an adults only pool or at a minimum a pool where only mansion guests are allowed. The beach which only allows mansion guests seemed calmer. Unfortunately with low tide, the beach smelled. Also I prefer lounging by the pool. For the price we paid to stay in the mansion, I expect a higher level of service. The indoor pool room was hot and muggy. Too uncomfortable to lounge there. Other pools on property required a shuttle bus ride and were on the side with the older cheaper village rooms. There were condos on the property that are rented out as well as multi room units which may have contributed to the overcrowding at the only heated pool on site. Despite the very nicely done room, I would not stay here again. For the price I paid, I expect higher quality, more exclusive access to amenities such as the pool.
This place was seriously dated. Not at all what I expected from a three star motel. TV appeared to be about 30 years old. Room was reasonably clean but bathroom was disgusting.
nicely decorated well maintained friendly and helpful management convenient to a small beach on Nantucket Sound downtown Chatham nearby would have liked a microwave. also thicker towels
Our room in the Chatham Highlander was clean and no-frills. It was a perfect place to rest after a day of exploring the town and surrounding beaches. My husband enjoyed the free coffee/coffee maker in the room. If you want a fancier place, look elsewhere but if you want a clean and decent place to stay in Chatham, this is it. Will be back! The only bad experience here was on our last night. The couple in the room next to us were fighting from approx 11:00pm-3:00am and we could hear not everything but enough to wake us up several times.
The room was spotless and very cozy. Excellent location within walking distance to the center of town. Would defenately stay there again!
