Pros:The sheets were like sleeping on butter. They were so soft.
Cons:Instructions on how to get there from the interstate needs to be updated. The exit is confusing so you get turned around.

Pros:The staff was so kind and helpful. We stayed at this hotel as our halfway stop on our way to Orlando and back to Chicago. They were so helpful.
Cons:The hotel in general and our room had a musty smell. When we pulled open the sofabed that our adult daughter was sleeping on, the sheets and blanket were in a wadded up mess. Ugh.

Pros:I loved that it was right off the exit....not far from the downtown. Clean and quiet.
Cons:The eggs at the breakfast were like aliens - how in the world did you get them so round and such an unpleasant color?
Pros:The hotel looks like it was remodeled inside. It was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great hotel with very professional and kind staff.

Pros:The room was really nice, well decorated, clean, and relaxing. The bathroom was one of the best ones I've ever seen in a hotel. The room was a really nice size. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! The staff was friendly.
Cons:The only thing I did not like was the location - it was a bit hard to find and a bit further away from some of the downtown attractions I wanted to go see. However, it isn't that far away and it was definitely worth it to stay in a hotel that was as nice as this one!
Pros:I would totally stay here again if I come back to Chattanooga! The bed alone was worth coming back. Unlike a lot of other places in this price range, it had nice linens, tons of pillows and was way more than your usual rock hard hotel bed. My room wasn't cramped (though it was just me) and was super clean (I could smell the fresh laundry smell when I laid down in bed) the furnishings were newer, and I had a couch sitting area and a fridge in my room. Breakfast downstairs was ample enough, though I'm vegan and didn't partake of the eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles, etc. that were available. I still found food I could eat there including fruit, juices, bagels, toast and oatmeal. It's not quite "in downtown" but it's basically a minute or two straight shot down Williams street to get there. And it's right by Ruby Falls, Rock City and the Railroad Incline. Highly suggested! Also, visit the Flying Squirrel nearby for dinner and drinks. You won't be disappointed!
Cons:Perhaps if the location had been more walk to the central parts of downtown, but it was a really close drive for a great price.
