Worked out great!
Pros: Mileage, helpful and friendly staff in person and on phone, reasonable cost,
Cons: The only negative was ha UNH to take a taxi from the train station in Bayeux to the gas station where we rented the car. That was really the only negative we could think of.

rented car to go to Mont St Michele
Pros: Couldn't have been easier! Most economical way to get there from Bayeux. Great scenery. Can go on your own itinerary. Shuttle to Mont St Michele is $68-eu pp! Would highly recommend. Rental as gas station so easy to gas up.
Cons: absolutely nothing!
