Because it was a third party rental, there was no guarantee that for anything apparently. We showed up to Hertz to find out the office was closed for the entire weekend and we were left stranded without a car. Our reservation was allowed to be made for a time when it wasn’t physically possible to get a car. We had to pay triple at the only other rental place at the airport.4.0 Mediocre

Made no attempt to give us a discount on another type of car 2-Sevice person didn’t look up from her screen to address me, didn’t get up from her chair and only smiled and got up when she started telling me how to fill out the Herz survey. Did not like anything, they didn’t have the car I booked and the only other option was twice as expensive and would use 4 times the gas.Cons:

The service was fine. They upgraded our car due to us waiting there a long time. I also liked we could drop the car off after business hours. It definitely saved us a headache of rushing back.Cons:
We waited for almost an hour to get a car. Also the insurance that you buy online isn’t enterprise insurance and is more of a headache to deal with than just getting the enterprise insurance.Avis
