Cons:

The rental office was closed for the day. I scheduled a pickup for Noon, and the office closed at noon. I arrived at 12:05, and wasn't able to get my rental and needed to book a second rental for my trip. Why would you allow me to book a rental pickup at the time when the office is closed???

Pros:

Initially $200 deposit was charged to my account in addition to the rental charges on the day of pick-up. Was told it would be refunded the day after I returned the van (Monday). The van was returned on Sunday... on Monday an additional $100 was charged & now again today Tuesday an additional $100 is charged to my credit card.

They TWICE accepted my reservation and then days later emailed me that they didn't have the vehicle and cancelled. The second email was received when I landed! They totally screwed me, frankly. And even then, they continued to represent vehicle availability online. I spoke to the staff at the airport rental counter, and they said they are constantly overbooking vehicles. Crazy they can get away with it. Travel booking (hotel, flight, rental car, etc.) need to be reliable, and that's just not apparently the case with enterprise. Really shocking business practice, really. I suggest customers avoid them at all costs.

Not sure why a rental car company would let a person choose a pick up time for their rental car that is also the time at which they close, and then try to blame the customer when they weren't able to get there at said time due to a blizzard. Enterprise is a terrible awful horrible company with bad hours, poor customer service, no care for their customers, and no desire to fix issues that are the fault of their own poorly designed web site when they occur. Will never rent from them again. Ever.

Staff was super friendly.

Cons:

I thought I was booking at the airport, but the reservation was for an off site location. Luckily the great staff was able to move the reservation to the airport location. So it all worked out.
