Overall is good. Car is clean, staff is friendly. But I was so frustrated to understand how to contact with staff and pick up car after arrival at the airport. In my case, I asked help center in the airport and he called rental car office on behalf of me. Since most of tourists do not have local phone, so that better to communicate by whatapp or sms for arrival. Pls make clear 1) chic rent car doesn’t have counter in the airport 2) once arrive, pls send sms or whatsup 3) pls wait for the car at No2 exit, staff bring the car. Then overseas tourist is very safe and comfortable. I hope company better to improve this point.
