Great service, great prices!
Pros: I was super happy with the vehicle that we rented from this ERAC location. Because they didn't have any economy cars, we were upgraded and it was a nice ride!The rates were very good, too! I worked for an autobody shop before that did hundreds of thousands of dollars/month worth of rental vehicles with ERAC and the prices were pretty compairable. Also, the service was top notch. The lady behind the desk was super personable, knowledgeable, and super quick getting through the line up she had.
Cons: I didn't love the hours. We were picking up/dropping off on Saturdays and they were only open 9-12 :(

Drop off location was closed
Cons: I had made arrangements to drop off the vehicle at a different location from where I rented it but when I got there at the arranged time it was closed. No one told me that it would be closed!
