Terrible service
Cons: Charged me for 2 additional hours I didn't use.
Booked through kayak for $68 and enterprise ended up charging me $165 for a Nissan Altima for 24 hours. I will never rent with enterprise again.

Kayak is a sham - Hertz is awesome.
Pros: Hertz is wonderful.
Cons: Kayak lied about the total cost of the rental and I was charged triple the amount my confirmation stated I would be charged. I am fighting the charge but so far Kayak has said they do not initiate charges - which is odd as I entered my card information into their website. I certainly will not be paying the amount charged nor will I EVER use Kayak again for anything. I thought is was odd that I could not use my AMEX to pay for my transaction, as AMEX has excellent fraud protection for its customers, which lead me to believe the transaction would be shady. I should have gone with my gut. If you are reading this, get off this website and book somewhere else.
