Staff was super friendly and helpful. H answered all our questions and helped to upgrade our vehicle to what we wanted.Cons:
There was a really long line and only two people helping at the counter. It seemed like this took a lot longer to move through the line and get out of the airport than it usually does at other rental places. Plus, there was no seating available, so you had to stand the entire time you waited.Alamo

The fact that the budget rental office at Little Rock Airport doesnt accept payment via debit cards was not identified when I made my reservations online ...using a debit card. I was unable to rent the car from them and was forced to make other arrangements at the last minute.. Very DissatisfiedDollar

I GOT E-MAIL TELLING ME TO PICK UP AT McCAIN MALL AND REYURN IT THERE I CALLED NEXT DAY AND ASK WHY PERSON ON THE PH SAID OUT OF CARS AT AIRPORT I ASK HOW DO I GET TO THE MALL HE SAID TAKE A CAB WHICH I HAD TO PAY FOR WHEN I GOT TO THE AIRPORT AND GOT MY BAG ON THE WAY TO THE CAB I PASSED A LINE WITH SEVERAL AVIS !CARS! GOT TO THE MALL AND THEY DID NOT HAVE A !CAR! THE ONLY THING THE HAD WAS A 12!PASANGER! !VAN! SO THATS WHAT I TOOK WAS THAT GAS GUZZLER WHEN I RETURN THE !VAV! The car itself was in good shape. The staff at the receiving destination were helpful and friendly (the staff at the little little Rock location were rude and unhelpful).Cons:
The staff at the little Rock Clinton airport were very rude to me and delayed my departure by 35 minutes, over the fact that my credit card says "Jay Joiner" instead of "James Joiner". I showed multiple identifications showing my name as Jay, and the manager still was dismissive and unapologetic.2.0 Poor
