Overall, good, but a suggestion
Pros: I arrived during normal business hours (Little Rock airport), everything went smoothly, the counter-person handed me the cars and indicated which parking slot number to find the car.
All good there.
Cons: When I got to the car, I noticed some scratches (showing white through the gray paint) on the liftgate, and a two-foot scratch on the passenger door. I didn't care the scratches were there, but I was concerned I might be held liable. There was no walk around by any attendant, and thought, "if they're not concerned, neither am I."
When drop-off time came, the attendant circled the car and asked about the scratches. I explained they were already there, but there was no walk-around. She explained that they don't do walk-arounds, and that next time, I should get an attendant first. Hey, Budget! Why do you put the burden on the customer to decide whether or not they should spend time tracking down an attendant?!? Here's how I will solve it. I won't bother renting from Budget again.
