The man who helped us at pickup was really nice and helpful. He even allowed us to drop the car off at the airport due to us having to wait a little bit because he was helping someone else, which wasn't inconvenient for us. Excellent customer service.Cons:

Had to get a $15 cab ride because their shuttle operation. Was not in service. I tried to modify my rental and they did not answer the phone, I dropped off the car and they were not open during their posted hours. Their website said they had no cars available when in reality they were closed for business. I simple phone call could have sufficed. They could have had someone to answer phone calls remotely even if they were closed.3.2 Poor

The customer service representative was extremely rude. We waited literally an hour and a half in line because every customer was taking about a half an hour to process. We were asked to present our entire car insurance policy to the representative in order to rent the car. No one brings their entire insurance policy with them, and they required it which was why the line took so long. I finally had to call my car insurance back in the states and have them send me my entire plan so that I could show the representative. They also forced us to buy a tollway pass for 60 extra dollars because they lied and said that we couldn’t pay with cash to get through the tolls. Worst car rental service I have ever experienced.3.6 Poor

We were given an estimate of around $90 for our rental and then charged an additional $100 in hidden fees at the counter. It is what they call the “bait and switch” and it felt unquestionably criminal; we are pursuing legal means to recover the double charges!One location in Rio Grande

I enjoyed the shuttle drivers that picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. They were very friendly and helpful. The man that helps you check in once you get to the facility was also very helpful and nice. The car was clean and drove well, but it was given to me with half a tank of gas and the check engine light was on.Cons:
The rest of my experience with this company felt like a scam. I booked an economy vehicle for 5 days for a total of $320, and I have been charged $753 because of hidden fees and their refusal to release the $250 hold on my card. The woman who assisted me, Jennys Vicente, was very unfriendly from the time I reached the desk to the time I returned the vehicle and spoke to her again about my concerns and questions 5 days later. I was not allowed to use my own insurance to cover the vehicle, despite having full coverage insurance, and bringing proof of my coverage. Jennys told me that my vehicle had to be within 5 years in age of their 2020 Hyundai Accent. I have never heard that in my life, especially in America, and I have been renting cars inside and outside the US for some time now. I was charge $15 a day for insurance. Then I was charged $9 a day for an E-Z pass to go through tolls I did not use, but they don't tell you that there is a toll on the Carolina road to get to San Juan from their facility. That's a scam, especially if I have to leave and return the car to this facility, and if you don't get the E-Z pass you get fined a hefty amount for not getting the package. But why would someone be charged $9 a day for an E-Z pass they aren't using?!? I brought up this concern with Jennys when I returned the car, and asked for a refund for the E-Z pass charge. She said she couldn't authorize that because I used the road right in front of the facility to leave Carolina and go to San Juan. She specifically told me before I received the vehicle that if you're only staying in San Juan, you don't need the E-Z pass. After continuously expressing the unfairness of tthe charge and how it was unnecessary, she told me that she would put a note on file for her manager to contact me concerning the charge and gave me an updated receipt that reflected the $250 hold being refunded. It is now a week since I left PR and returned the car intact and as I received it. I never received a call from anyone about the E-Z pass charge and I still have a $250 hold on my card. $753 for a 2020 Hyundai Accent for 5 days!!! A scam!!! I had to contact them about these issues, and I am getting the run around about getting my $250 back and my concerns regarding the E-Z pass. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL. THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY!!! Also, if you plan on staying in San Juan, use Uber or rent a car from a more reliable company because it will be cheaper and less of a headache.2.0 Poor

It is less than a one star business. If you need to rent a car during business hours it is a disaster. Theres not enough staff, its very disorganized and you have to wait outside in the heat for up to two hours to pick up your rental. I made the mistake of not looking up the place beforehand thinking the discounted price was related to it being out of the airport.-The “free shuttles” don’t come every 15-20 minutes more like 30-40min which is an issue especially if you are trying to catch a flight. The shuttles also did not have properly working ac so you are stuffed in a van with 10-12 other people in hot van. Its about $30 cheaper than getting a rental at the airport and it is DEFINITELY not worth it. From my previous experience traveling to San Juan, I would suggest getting a rental at the airport, the service is efficient and professional.2 locations in Rio Grande
