Reserved a car. Got a confirmation email and a confirmation number. Got a reminder. Showed up the morning of my rental, and they can't find my reservation. I give them the confirmation number and they search. The agent says, "Oh," then disappears into the back. He comes out a few minutes later and explains there was "an internal system miscommunication" and the system canceled my reservation. Ummm, I'm sorry, what??? Apparently a hailstorm in a nearby hub took out a lot of cars from their fleet, so they canceled the one-way reservations because of a lack of cars. No notice. Heads-up. Nothing. I asked, "Well, what do I do? I'm now stranded." The agent's suggestion was to go down the line of other rental agencies to see if they had a car. So I did. Thankfully, the very last one, Hertz, had one car left. I explained what happened to the Hertz agent, and she said, "You're the third person this morning that happened to - all from Enterprise. Internal cancelations with no warning, no notification, nothing." I mean, I get it, stuff happens, weather is beyond anyone's control. But what IS in our control is notifying your customers that there's an issue in enough time for us to find an alternate solution, or, coming up with that service recovery solution for your customers yourself. I was offered no help, no credit for a future rental, nothing. Just a shrug of the shoulders and sending me on my way. Shame on you, Enterprise.

This location has drop off where you just hand your key to an employee in the parking lot. They don't have one of those handheld devices to check you on or print a receipt. I got charged a full extra day because the guy waited 4hrs to officially check me in electronically. The time he had me returning the car was impossible...I had been on a plane for several hours already. I called after seeing my emailed receipt the next day. No answer or way to leave a message. Sent an email to that location and no response for couple days. Had to call Hertz main number for customer service and they had to call the location to help resolve it. Rentals should be convenient. My car was great, but the hassle afterwards made it a horrible experience with lots of wasted time and effort on my end. Wouldn't recommend renting from here. It's just not worth it, regardless of the rate they offer

Car windshield leaked and the truck had a horrible rotten egg smell. I called the place I rented it from and they acted like it was an inconvenience for them to rectify. The drivers side floor mat was all wet, I parked it on a hill and drained the water and fabreezed the interior, which only somewhat helped. I ended up returning the car early.
