Pros: Everything was great. The car was clean and reliable. The staff were friendly and helpful! And the price was very reasonable! Overall impressed!

Overcharged with no explanation.
Pros: My experience was fine until I received my bill. I was quoted $283. 80 for a rental from Dec 22-Jan 1, 2017. My bill was 438.76. I was supposedly given a USAA upgrade, fee waived, by the Hertz associate, but this is not the case. I would like to talk to customer service at the earliest opportunity. Cons: Hertz did not find my reservation. I had to pay $120 with Avis to find a car. Not sure what happened, but I'd like an explanation from Hertz + Kayak

Terrible customer service
Pros: Cheap, fuel efficient
Cons: Rude customer service agent at pick up. Kept asking to upsale me into an SUV when I clearly told him I was looking for fuel economy on this trip.
At drop off we arrived 3 minutes after close, but before the employee had left. I realized I was going to have to use the drop box and tried to ask him what I needed to do, but all he would say is that I had to pay an extra day and marched off. I had to call customer service to get the full details on what info they needed from me for the drop box. They weren't very helpful, but it got done. Now I'm stuck paying an extra day for a car I no longer have because I was 3-4 minutes late, despite Hertz website stating there is a 29 minute grace period for drop off.

Information provided by Kayak was wrong
Cons: On our confirmation docs it said they were open until 6pm, we showed up at 5pm and they were close. This killed the first 2 days of our trip. You should compensate us for that.
