Caused me lots of problems.
Pros: The people who helped me out were super friendly.
Cons: When making the reservation, it accepted my debit card and due to recent theft and hacks into my debit and credit account, I've had to cancel my credit card.
Seeing as my debit card was accepted online, things would've ran smoothly. I arrived around 11:00pm on a rideshare to Redmond, OR with nowhere else to go, having to be in Portland, OR early the next morning, I was eager to get going. Instead of paying the original $50 or so for the car/deal that I had initially signed up for, I had to purchase a $130 car, and had no other choice.
This put a huge dent in my funds. I'm very unhappy with the fact that I was not notified of this and really would've avoided that if I had known.

Wanted an economy car and they gave us a van, really?
Cons: Wanted an economy car and they gave us a van. Didn't know it until we were in the parking lot. Plus the exterior was gross. If we didn't have an appointment I would have changed it out. Girl at the counter was lame.

Terrific Hertz Sales Person
Pros: I accidentally pre-registered for the vehicle to be in a different location. My sales person was solution-oriented from the start, very positive and friendly. She got me taken care of in the best way possible, as soon as possible. This was my first time renting from Hertz and I was very impressed.

I'll never rent or even reserve a rental with Hertz
Pros: They have the lowest price
Cons: There was no warning that I was required to have a major credit card i order to rent a vehicle with Hertz. The girl at the counter could have cared less to the fact that I had a reservation for 2 weeks in order to be in my close friend's wedding. She offered no help or other options, and simply wanted to keep saying, "It's our policy" yet when I asked to see the policy, she refused and said she would call the police on me!

Pros: The car seemed pretty new
Cons: I interrupted the rep from some activity on her cell phone. The car was so dirty. It had trash, crumbs on the seat & cereal down the inside. Interior windows filthy. No offer to complete the cleaning.
Pros: Overall quick, courteous out and in, car was new and clean, ran well
Cons: Couldn't find how to adjust steering wheel or outside mirrors, no manual in car

Pros: My Ford Focus handled the snow covered mountain roads without once slipping or sliding. Excellent tires and I was impressed with the vehicles handling in rather poor road conditions ... record snow eve t!

Didn't honor my reservation
Cons: Booked with Kayak online and when arrived they would not honor the reservation and said they didn't have any cars.

Cons: Agent put me in an economy car even though I had an intermediate reservation. I had to go back to switch it out, at which time the same agent told me I had agreed to the economy car (untrue) and started giving me attitude about the situation. This wasted an hour of my time have go back to switch cars.
Pros: I had a Toyota Corolla - ?"S" = good handling, I liked the monitor that showed the "area in the reverse mode" - and it maneuvered well in the turns and backing up.
Comfort when driving - very pleased!

Issues at drop off
Pros: Pretty easy pick up, excellent vehicle for mountainous terrain.

Easy to deal with and easy to change
Pros: We realized the car we originally rented was too small we were able to get an upgrade for minimal dollars.

Pros: The car was small and fun to drive.
Cons: The car was small and we could barely fit our camping gear in it. The check engine/oil change light was on from the time we picked it up (obviously I didn't go get an oil change on my vacation) to the time we dropped it off. The tire pressure was low and the car needed its tires rotated as the steering wheel would vibrate at any speed above 45 mph. Overall I was okay with the price but was anxious the entire time driving the car that I would be charged in excess for preexiting conditions...
Pros: Prompt service with good availability and a great price. I travel for a living and rent several cars per week with different companies. The staff at Avis at Redmond was courteous efficient and the car was at a very reasonable price. I look forward to using Avis in the future at Redmond.

Great customer service. Car not cleaned before ren
Pros: The customer service, ease of pickup and drop off was excellent. Very happy with the transactions! No hard upselling and we were in and out within 5 minutes. Small airport and no wait time in line to pick up. Drop off was during early hours and we only needed to park the car and put the keys into a drop box. VERY HAPPY with ease of renting/customerservice/ease of drop off.
Cons: Car had not been cleaned at all before our renting it. Dash had soda spill and was sticky. Seats were marked up and had crumbs all over the back seats. Inside window was so dirty, we at first ran the defrost because it was just fogging up. Outside was dusty.
Sonata didn't have fabulous pickup and at the seats weren't terribly comfortable. This doesn't reflect on Enterprise, just the actual make/model of the car.
