Cons: Car upholstery was dirty at time of pick-up. Fuel was at 3/4 tank. I was told to bring it back at 3/4 instead of Full but hard to gauge that when filling up

Good and not so good.
Pros: The car was fine. Good mileage, and ran quite well.
Cons: When making payment and deposit, my card was ran twice. Found out the next day. When I called, the first response was, we will take care of it when you return the care. I explained that was the money for my vacation. I was told I would be called back. I had to call back and explain for the 2nd time that my vacation was being hurt by the fact that I did not have any money because of them. The person helped me me and was able to get my money returned by the next day.

Pros: Great service at desk
Cons: They had no cars at either airport or at City location. We were told that it could take 2 hours to get car from Omaha. We waited alittle bit 15-20 minutes and found car next door at Avis. A car did come in which we took without cleaning since we were going hunting anyway. Found that difficult as I hold Enterprise at top of rental car list

Will be using them again in the future!
Pros: The service was wonderful! The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. The vehicle was just as promised and even had a little extra gas. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

No faither in Enterprise
Pros: The Customer Service to correct the error was outstanding
Cons: Two successfive years, two separate multi-car trips have been derailed by Enterprises' inability to fulfill my request. This year, I had requested two 12 passenger vans and have called 48 hours prior to confirm this. They assured me that the vans would be available and that they would call me if plans changed. This, however, did not occur and we were forced to change trip plans to accommodate. When I returned the vehicles, I did not receive a confirmation of charge, but did find an additional $200 had been billed to my credit card by error. Thankfully, the staff were able to fix this issue. I need to reserve more vehicles for next week, but I think it may be safer to rent elsewhere, even if it means driving further to pick them up.

Terrible customer service... I went to Hertz.
Pros: The customer service mainline was very nice and knowledgeable.
Cons: The desk worker was terrible! He wouldn’t take a debit card even though that site’s policy is to accept them with proof of travel to or from that airport. When asked to see a manager, he said that he’s the front man and has worked there for 4 years so he knew more than a manager and he refused to get one. When I had a friend who works at enterprise corporate call, he told him that he didn’t believe that he works there and he could be anyone making that up. When all was said and done, I left and went to Hertz even though they were a bit more expensive.
