Cons:
The car was dirty. I hope I don’t get charge for any of the scratches, I took pictures because none inspected the car. The drop off location was a mess their are no signal at the hotel I spent 30 min looking for the drop of, also there was no personnel present to check the car.10.0 Wonderful

Staff at the drop off were very rude there were multiple people upset and I had booked a full size car and got a Dodge Ram. The guy at drop off in Denver could’ve cared less. I will never rent from hertz again.Cons:

Abrupt manner of Customer Service Rep when turning in the car; not friendly at all. I left my wallet in the small airport and he didn't bother to call me that evening - even though he had all my contact information, and on a more personal note he knew exactly who I was because he knows my husband; Alamosa is a small town, everyone knows everyone. As a result, I didn't realize I didn't have the wallet until I was 2 hours out of town the next morning, driving to another state. I had to turn around and go back to Alamosa with three dogs in the car, adding a significant amount of time to my trip and discomfort to my animals. It may sound like a small matter, but the fact was that he could have very well made an effort to be human and try to get my wallet back to me - I would have gone to pick it up if I had known I'd left it, and I would have met him someplace else if that was necessary. His complete disregard of my situation was uncalled for and very unprofessional; a little bit of kindness goes a long way in this world, but apparently that's not important to Anthony at the Alamosa Hertz office.8.0 Very good

Returned car to Denver turning in was fast but NO SHUTTLE for 1/2 hour...we nearly missed our flight...50 prople waiting w luggage, so glad they had a big bus but shuttle service terrible10.0 Wonderful

No instructions left for drop off, when office is closed. Budget office hidden inside Sears. Not made obvious. Very time consuming with uncertainty in knowing what to do in dropping off car when office is closed.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
So from the moment we went in to get the car to dropping it off, it was a wonderful experience. The lady that helped us was great. We rented a beautiful mustang convertible. It was very clean, heck it was new! Very low miles and ran like a dream. We were only gone a few days but loved every moment of it. She took the time to show us all about the car. Really a great experience. Can't wait to go again!Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The car I rented had a screw in the front tire I found on inspection. It took them almost an hour to bring me my replacement ( they kept saying “ we’re understaffed) . The car rental cost more than my airline ticket. I rent cars frequently for work and I’ve never been charged more for a rental. Would NOT recommend.2.0 Poor

I received a reservation confirmation but when I arrived at the Enterprise I was told there were no vehicles. I drove there for nothing and the following day I did not receive a call to tell me if they resolved the problem. I didn't have s car the time entire time I was there.
