Was there 45 minutes after rental pickup time due to baggage/plane. Tried to charge me double price. Didn’t have my car and upgraded me to minivan. Which was my friends minivan right behind me. Had to rent another car from Hertz since they screwed us and had to pay 3x amount. BS!10.0 Wonderful

Pros:

They gave my car away to another customer despite having a reservation. Then threatened to charge me over $1,500 for my one-way rental that was less than $300, because they didn't have any cars that were designated for one way. The reason they gave for my car not being available was that there was an error in their computer system that gave away too many of the one-way rentals and could not care less about my situation.8.4 Very good

Pros:
Beware! Watch out for deceptive pricing!! Made an online reservation with Kayak for a certain price - even had a confirmation- however, a confirmation email from Thrifty showed a higher price. When I contacted Thrifty in Gypsum, they would not honor the Kayak pricing. Good thing I carefully read the Thrifty email or I would have been stuck at the airport with the higher price. Cancelled reservation and rebooked with Hertz.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The car worked and get us where we were going throughout the trip. The price was great.Cons:
After checking in, I went to the car and discovered the low tire pressure light was on. When I went back in to the counter, the young woman had already left to go home! An airline employee called her, she returned and today me not to worry... she had checked the tire pressure that morning. As it turned out, the tires were fine, but the light stayed on and there was no way to reset it (the button it showed in the owner's manual was non-existent, and the employee had no idea how to help...). I am glad the tire never went flat, but it was a worry to have that list on constantly (this is from past experience with my personal car, which means ^this is serious^ in my personal vehicle!!!!6.8 Okay

The office called me 20 minutes before my 8am pickup time and told me they had absolutely no cars. This was a huge problem because I was going to business meetings with the car. I had to take a $450 cab ride to get another car. I showed up to my very important meetings late and flustered ;((6.8 Okay
