Pros: I loved how fast and simple the service was. No one tried to push any additional services on me, and everyone was so kind. Customer service was great! Had help with my bags. I have never had such a great experience with a rental car company. Will definitely look to Hertz first. Also extremely pleased with the deal I got. Hertz by far has the best service.
Cons: No complaints.

Hertz different in locations
Pros: Car was there,
Return was easy
Cons: Ordered a GPS on car but when I picked up the car there was none. Could not connect my bluetooth to car and all would of been, no doubt ok, had I had a person to help me from Hertz except there was no agent at the counter when the website said there should of been. Aspen, CO has unusual hours to start with.

Pros: The rental agent was very nice and helpful
Cons: The car has no business being rented in Colorado in the winter. It had summer tires not even all weather tires. It was dangerous to drive in moderately winter conditions on a major highway. The windows were dirty inside and hard to see out of at night.
Pros: quick car pickup - but apparently gave me the wrong car
Cons: when returning the car, the agent found out that when the original agent made a mistake. This caused a delay in the return, putting me dangerously close to losing my flight. Also they overcharged me for child carseats twice. Car wasnt very clean.
Cons: When I picked up I asked SPECIFICALLY if I could use another credit card when I dropped it off, AND that I would drop off early in the AM. When I dropped it off the desk was closed, I left a not request that charge be put on different credit card. No Reply. When I called them they said it would not be possible unless we were there in person (we had already flown out) VERY POOR SERVICE. I would have stopped during the week if I knew the situation.
Cons: Enterprise had no car for me because they had overbooked. I had to scramble at the last minute to find another car that cost more. The local agency said I would have to call the 800 number to get compensation for the additional cost and the supervisor on the 800 line said they could do nothing because that had to be handled by the local agency. Everybody was very sorry. A sorry operation indeed.
