Not really impressive

Cons:

The staff and the cleanliness. There are "No Smoking" signs on the vehicles , but the smoking smell was too strong and made me sick.

KAYAK
I didn’t notice when I rented the car that they close at one and I live an hour and a half away but when I noticed that I called and they stayed late until I got there. The employees Ruben and his employee Matthew were very respectful and helpful. When we return the car they were again very respectful and helpful. Would rent from them again wonderful happy and caring.

Very clean car .

Cons:

The car I rented had a screw in the front tire I found on inspection. It took them almost an hour to bring me my replacement ( they kept saying “ we’re understaffed) . The car rental cost more than my airline ticket. I rent cars frequently for work and I’ve never been charged more for a rental. Would NOT recommend.

When I pick the car up they told me that I will get my deposit back when they check the car in, and that was a lie I still don't have my money back. But it is what it is
