Passenger van
We scheduled our car to be picked up at the Cape Town airport in South Africa, and everything was confirmed correctly. When we arrived (after traveling 26 hours straight) we were told that the van was at the Avis location in Turkey. There was literally no explanation. After that the desk agent offered to rebook a new van… at DOUBLE the price! I was extremely disappointed with this experience.
