Pros: counter people for retrieving and returning were great and quick. parking lot was easy to navigate in. My rental was clean and everything in it worked properly.

Pros: That after two hours on the phone, I got someone from Hertz customer service to cancel my reservation.
Cons: It was an absolute disaster! I asked for a car from the airport. When I arrived at the airport I found out from the Hertz desk that I was booked for a car out of downtown. They were unable to help me, and kept insisting I would need to contact carrental.com, who was the third party listed on my reservation-from Kayak. There was NO number for carrental.com and I kept being sent to Hotwire-who insisted they had nothing to do with carrental.com. After two hours of no help, I finally gave up and called Hertz customer service, who was able to help me-even though the Hertz desk insisted they would be able to do nothing. Not sure I will ever book through Kayak again.
