Our flight was delayed and I called number on reservation. Woman I talked to was very unhelpful. She didn’t know Alamo at Pittsburgh airport was open later than time listed. Person answering the phone needs to know correct information.

Alamo Pittsburgh was very accommodating in changing our reservation date at an almost last minute notice. We were very pleased.

I didn't like the toyota at all, You had to fall into the front seats and could not adjust them. Very unconfortable. We needed to get from Pittsburgh up to Sharon ( appx 60 minutes) that the seats were horrible. Dash said car needed service and to contact dealer, which we advised the check out guy, but said it was no big deal. The car was clean and smelled fresh.

Pickup at Pittsburgh Airport was not good. They did not way for late flights coming in and when I got to the counter to pickup the car there was no staff. We were forced to stay in a hotel at the airport. I even called to confirm and to let them know my flight was coming in 45 mins late. They did not wait. overall a pretty bad experience. That being said I spoke with Asst. Branch Manager Grant Pastor the next morning and he was very empathic and helpful. I appreciated working with him and he made it right and went above & beyond. That was a great experience. Jason

Being able to pick up the rental on airport property was great. However, we reserved a van several months in advance but there were no vans available. We were told that we could wait for a van, but when we asked the employee how long that would be, we were answered with a shoulder shrug. We had to stuff all 6 adults and luggage into a SUV that really only fit 4 adults comfortably. The middle row of seats could not be adjusted, making for very cramped seating in the third row. Those sitting in the third row had zero leg room. The third row would comfortably fit 2 small children, but NOT 2 adults. If you have six adults, do not settle for an Infiniti QX80. There is very little room for luggage as well.

Everything about the car was fine. However, the pricing is outrageously high... despite using Kayak. The pickup process is slow. Apparently there's been a wave of fraud so you have to recite your information verbally to confirm your order in person.

Everything was very easy and the staff was very helpful.As with anything, lower daily rates would be great, but in general I had a good experience.
