I didn't like the toyota at all, You had to fall into the front seats and could not adjust them. Very unconfortable. We needed to get from Pittsburgh up to Sharon ( appx 60 minutes) that the seats were horrible. Dash said car needed service and to contact dealer, which we advised the check out guy, but said it was no big deal. The car was clean and smelled fresh.

Pickup at Pittsburgh Airport was not good. They did not way for late flights coming in and when I got to the counter to pickup the car there was no staff. We were forced to stay in a hotel at the airport. I even called to confirm and to let them know my flight was coming in 45 mins late. They did not wait. overall a pretty bad experience. That being said I spoke with Asst. Branch Manager Grant Pastor the next morning and he was very empathic and helpful. I appreciated working with him and he made it right and went above & beyond. Being able to pick up the rental on airport property was great. However, we reserved a van several months in advance but there were no vans available. We were told that we could wait for a van, but when we asked the employee how long that would be, we were answered with a shoulder shrug. We had to stuff all 6 adults and luggage into a SUV that really only fit 4 adults comfortably. The middle row of seats could not be adjusted, making for very cramped seating in the third row. Those sitting in the third row had zero leg room. The third row would comfortably fit 2 small children, but NOT 2 adults. If you have six adults, do not settle for an Infiniti QX80. There is very little room for luggage as well.

Everything about the car was fine. However, the pricing is outrageously high... despite using Kayak. The pickup process is slow. Apparently there's been a wave of fraud so you have to recite your information verbally to confirm your order in person.

renting was easy. We used third party insurance with no trouble. Dropoff took a long time as the little booth was also used for starting rental as well. Car was very nice and clean and worked well.drop off took a bit long and area so dark you could not see if any damage to car.

I booked a rental with FREE CANCELLATION. I specifically needed an out because of my schedule and somewhere in the last steps of the booking the rental it was mysteriously removed and I was unable to cancel for free when my plans changed. I called every department and no one could give this loyal customer a refund. It was a scammy trick and I will never use this platform again.

Dollar billed for fuel when vehicle was dropped off completely full. Vehicle was completely filled with fuel three minutes before drop off. Drop off attendant verified verbally tank was full and said everything was good, and he would email receipt. The emailed receipt had unexpected fuel charges when there was no possible way that anymore fuel could have been put in the fuel tank. It took approx. 3 hours of phone calls and website searching to have the billing department reverse the fuel charges. It appears this is a standard business practice with Dollar and is very unprofessional and deceptive.

Experience with Dollar was great. Priceline, however, not so much. They did not honor their “Low Price Guarantee”……..rental rate was 20% lower 4days after I made my reservation, but Priceline would not budge on their original rate….said I was under contract. Suggest dealing directly with Dollar, and cut Priceline out!!!

What could of been better, the lady at the counter had a really bad attitude. I started to feel like she was racist, and was picking at me because I’m Black. I watched a caucasian couple next to me rent their vehicle with no problems. I feel like the lady that helped me need more training in diversity, and a attitude adjustment.

The Corolla I was given was not mid-size as I reserved, it’s compact. It was even parked in the section labeled “compact.” When I told the employee, who was busy in the back room on a personal call, she just said Corolla is a mid-size and went back to her call. With a car seat in the back you’d have to be a size 0 to fit in the seat next to it. Luckily my wife is a size 0, but even she was hitting her head on the ceiling. That’s not mid-size. Also, when picking up, the car’s mirrors were covered in ice that I had to remove myself. Not a great first impression.

The customer service agent at the kiosk in the Pittsburgh was very rude and condescending. She would not explain all the charges when asked. She made it sound like we’d done something wrong and would be charged extra for declining the extra insurance coverage. It definitely left a nasty taste in our mouth.

Booked a luxury car and they tried to give me a truck. When I asked for a the vehicle I booked, they refused to give it to me. They said to call Priceline and sort it out. I asked for a lower end car instead of luxury since I needed a car and they said that it would cost more. I called Priceline and they told me to work it out with budget or cancel the reservation. Not a good experience.

Had a reservation for a car to pickup at the airport after arriving on my flight. Gave my flight info on the reservation. My flight arrived early by about 15 minutes, unfortunately for me, the Budget desk agent went home before before that. I called the Budget 800 number and was told that they were unable to help me, however they would hold my reservation for 24 hours. They were not willing to pay for a hotel room so that I could come back in the morning to get it however. NEVER RENT FROM BUDGET, UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET STUCK WITHOUT A CAR!!!!

Overall fine. Just find it odd to book a vehicle with a "similar to" in the reservation and have it be nothing close to what was said. Equinox vs. 4Runner or Equinox vs. Jeep Cherokee. For me it's a leg room thing. The car delivery was prompt and car was clean, but just odd to me on car selection process of lack thereof. Thank you.

There were approx 15 people in line ahead of me. They had 1 person working. She was helping 1 person per 5 or 10 minutes. We stood in line for over an hour and a half. When there were 4 people in front of me another associate showed up to help. And she got 3 customers cars per 1 for the original lady.

They ran out of cars earlier in the day before we landed. Never got one notice. When I got to the counter the lady there was not nice, had no information just said there is supposed to be cars coming in. I found that the people in the front of the line were waiting for 2 hours and still no car. In order to get us to leave they took our names down and said they would call when a car was ready. I asked if we take #1 spot for the first cars that come in the next day she said no we have other reservations. I said we all had reservations for today. She had nothing to say that made sense. I will never rent a car with budget.

In Dulles dropping off, it was a breeze. Quick review of the car and did not delay us for our flight.In PIT, there were two of us in line. The service gal, very nice, was super slow and it sounded as though the people in front of us were just hating away with small talk and face time, yes face time with the customer while the rest of us watched and waited. It took almost an hour to help two guests. Not to mention with a very hot temp in a garage with an infant... doesn’t make it pleasurable.

FlawlessI picked up at the airport in less than 10 minutes. Everything with the reservation was correct and I was offered a choice of a minivan or a full size SUV for the same price as the reservation. The return process was simple. Everyone with Thrifty was friendly and helpful.

Not the car we wantedThrifty employees were helpful and friendly.Getting a Jeep instead of a Rav4. The Jeep was gutless and a gas guzzler. It was also bigger than we wanted. The overhead lights didn’t work - apparently there’s a dashboard setting that turns them off but they should be on when the car is rented out. We spent the whole trip groping around for stuff in the dark.

i rented a 14 passenger van for a large family group vacation 7 months in advance and called every month to verify the rental. i called two days before arrival and was assured that the van would be available. at 10pm before the pickup next day, i received a call from enterprise and was told sorry, no van was available. never will I ever rent or recommend enterprise rent a car.

The Enterprise staff at Pittsburgh Airport was rude and took almost 45 minutes to get a car. They blamed broken tablets; but other customers were able to get their car quicker. Most of the workers stood huddled near the car exit, and not helping customers. The car given to me was dirty, and obviously had not been cleaned. They also did not give me the car I prepaid for, although it was on the lot. Instead they tried to give me a downgrade without acknowledging the lower rate.

When we arrived on Saturday night, they had no cars left. What good is a reservation if there are no cars when we get there? We had to waste time going back to the airport to get a car the next morning instead of seeing family. Very aggravating.

There are very few agents, rental counter at Pittsburgh this closed and the signs directing you to the competitor counter to check in are not clear. Then you wait outside for 30mins to be helped to your car. It took 90 mins for me to get from baggage claim to leaving the rental car garage.

The agents in Pittsburgh and Burlington were all very helpful, nice, and efficient. However the car that they rented me had previously been rented by a chain smoker and then recently been bombed with "cherry flavored new car smell". The smell was absolutely putrid. Unfortunately I didn't realize the magnitude until I was too far down the road to turn back, at the beginning of a 20 hour drive up to Quebec and then back to Vermont. I spent 20 hours with a jacket and a hood on to stay warm, and all the windows of the car rolled down. It was miserable. My clothes all reeked of cigarettes and cherry perfume, and the smell eventually started to make my eyes and throat hurt - even with the windows down. Every second that I spent in that Avis rental car was dreadful, and I will do my best to never rent from Avis again.

The FOB wasn't working and couldnt lock the car the entire time and it wouldn't start either. The emergency roadside assistance lady had a very thick accent and couldn't understand a word of what she said but she told me to hold the FOB near the ignition which worked but the car kept chiming and showing a message "The FOB has left the vehicle". Extermely annoying. Being a weekend, all Avis non-airport locations were closed.

My afternoon reservation was confirmed until close. When I arrived, busy office was down to 2 cars. So I'm thankful I was told correctly. It would help everyone to have 2 employees on desk on Friday and Saturday. ******* My drop off.... Car had flat .had to be towed. That was 7/25. I received "reminder" automatic call 7/29 to "RETURN THE CAR ! "... Nothing had been communicated. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK YET....As they cannot "close the rental out" until back at branch ......They are responsible to pick it up!!

Easy and quick!Checking in at the counter was super easy - drivers license, a question about fueling the car and another about insurance and we were done at the counter! No pressure to ourchas ethe insurance. Easy access to the car out of one of the airport doors. Had a couple of minivans to choose from. Returning the car was even easier, pull in, let them check the mileage and the fuel level, and receipt in hand. They had luggage carts for us to use at no charge. Highly recommend!
