Pros: The Manager at the Palm Springs airport Enterprise - a woman whose name I wish I recalled - gave me top notch service and even went above and beyond to fix a reservation error I made and found me a car after I was told they were sold out. She saved my trip. THANK YOU.

Overall, a good experience
Pros: The counter staff was nice, thorough and efficient...she walked me to the car, helped me load luggage and told me I could leave the car in the lot until my travel companions arrived later on.
Cons: It took more time than I thought it would to go through the check in process & more time to extend the contract for an extra day. I had heard that it was "high season" in PSP, which can jeopardize the availability of a rental being available. The check in attendant was friendly, though very busy with multiple cars that arrived at the same time.
Cons: VERY long wait at airport to be escorted to our rental car. Many flights were delayed in arriving; Enterprise check-in counter was not staffed sufficiently. Expensive one-way fee for airport-to-airport.

Pros: Everyone at enterprise was amazing. Very kind. They really cared!
Cons: The tourism charge.. i live across the street, and just needed it for the day while my car was getting fixed.. I don't understand that charge.

Pros: They were very helpful and helped me upgrade to a nicer car. Drop off was super quick and the shuttle was waiting. Best car rental experience I have had
Pros: Israel was very friendly. I dropped off the vehicle just as she was going to lunch, and she didn't hesitate to give me a lift back to the body shop to pick up my car. Office was clean and easy to find.
Cons: My rental vehicle had some bug debris on the windshield and extensively on the front bumper. Very clean inside

No credit card, no car!
Cons: If you don't carry a credit card cause you only buy things you can afford, HERTZ won't accept your online rental. Only after I was driven 25 miles to the location, Dropped off, and waited an hour for the HERTZ rep to come back from lunch did I learn this. I had to walk 2 miles to an Enterprise rental car to get a vehicle. Which, coincidentally, I will exclusively recommend and use in the future.

Cons: No cars available at location, staff was extremely rude, I was told I had to call a 1-800 number to get my pre-paid reservation cancelled, it's been 13 days and still have not been refunded.
