The iron holder in the closet was broken. Everything else was great.
The hotel was clean, modern and appeared to be very new. They had a lobby bar, on-site parking, and the rooms were very nice. My room had a very comfortable king size bed, desk, kitchenette with full size refrigerator. I had an early morning flight and travel from hotel to my gate was less than 25 minutes, including rental car return and airport security. They offer a shuttle service as well. It w...

Only one place to get food. Fortunately, it was very good.
I liked the room and all the included amenities in there.
Breakfast was not good at all. Cold eggs and potatoes. Eggs were watery and bagels were tiny. Bar is in an odd location and too many bright lights. Needs casual lighting not the bright spotlights that it has.
I loved it, it was convenient to the T and airport especially given the free shuttle, the room was fantastic, very clean, very modern, nice decor. Excellent quality bed, complimentary breakfast, lots of amenities, and a solid, helpful staff.
Not much... If I had to knit pick, the location, while convenient to the airport and a nice T stop is essentially in an industrial area which looks a bit run down, but that is a fairly minor concern.
Service was efficient and friendly. The facility and rooms were very clean, great breakfast. The maid made the extra effort to run down to the lobby to catch me and return my cell phone power cord that I had left in the room. Totally unexpected, above and beyond the call of duty and totally appreciated.

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The shuttle driver personally guided me back to the highway. All the staff were very helpful. The suite was beautiful and very clean.
Our room was overlooking a busy street corner so next time I will ask for a room in the back or away from the street.
I never write reviews for hotels. Ever. But our experience at the TownePlace Suites was so good, I really wanted to share. The lighting in the bathroom is very bright. Would be nice if it was a bit dimmer so you don't feel like you're under a spotlight.Read more
