Pros (+) The hotel was clean, modern and appeared to be very new. They had a lobby bar, on-site parking, and the rooms were very nice. My room had a very comfortable king size bed, desk, kitchenette with full size refrigerator. I had an early morning flight and travel from hotel to my gate was less than 25 minutes, including rental car return and airport security. They offer a shuttle service as well. It w...

Pros (+) I loved it, it was convenient to the T and airport especially given the free shuttle, the room was fantastic, very clean, very modern, nice decor. Excellent quality bed, complimentary breakfast, lots of amenities, and a solid, helpful staff.
Cons (-) Not much... If I had to knit pick, the location, while convenient to the airport and a nice T stop is essentially in an industrial area which looks a bit run down, but that is a fairly minor concern.
Pros (+) Service was efficient and friendly. The facility and rooms were very clean, great breakfast. The maid made the extra effort to run down to the lobby to catch me and return my cell phone power cord that I had left in the room. Totally unexpected, above and beyond the call of duty and totally appreciated.
