Pros: Everything. The wellness centre was lovely - you even get coupons for foot bath sessions. The room was exquisite. The restaurant was great. Above all the staff were absolutely lovely in spite of most of them not speaking English at the restaurant and the spa. There was an absolutely lovely gentleman at the concierge who spoke very good English though. He even kindly helped me to send some postcards. I stayed there for my last night in China and I'm glad it ended on such a great note. Great place to relax and pamper yourself. It is only 15mins from the airport and the free shuttle is very reliable. It might not be convenient to stay there for city centre activities but if you want to drive out to the panda base and the Leshan Buddha with private guides then it would still make for a good choice. Otherwise there's only a luxury mall that is in the vicinity. And they also accepted VISA payment.

Cons: Hardly anything. It was really great value for money. But if like me you're in a habit of taking your used slippers with you then refrain from doing so because they will ask for it back.

Cons: Free wifi but internet doesn’t work on your phone if you didn’t buy the phone in china. Incompatibility issues, would be nice if the hotel let the customers know about it in the first hand. They provide you with tea and coffee but no sugar or milk. You need to go to first floor and buy them from the shop.

Pros: Location is very close to the Qingchen Shan train station. To reach this hotel, you need to take the express train from Xipu station in Chengdu. Travel time was approx. 35 minutes and the cost is 1.5 USD per person. Once arrived in Qingchen shan station, we contacted the hotel and they picked us up from the station using golf car. It took us approx. 3 minutes from the station to the hotel. The concierge staffs are excellent. Very helpful. Speaks little to no english but they ade centainly friendly and try to accomodate your needs.

Pros: The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The restaurant was very crowded and the choice of dishes was limited compared to other hotels I stayed in. Also, charging the children for breakfast should not be required. Many hotels around the world don't charge the children up to 16 years old.

Cons: Double charged my card , I paid fully at the moment of checkout , and they promised they will refund some of the deposit money I paid when I checked in , instead they double charged my card days after I checked out , beware when you are dealing with them.

Cons: The staff didn't hardly speak any English. They also put us in a smoking room when I made sure at check in that we were in a non smoking room, and the restaurant had slow service and food wasn't good.

Cons: The hotel staffs (other than the excellent concierge staffs) are not that great. Check in staffs are not friendly and tends to avoid you instead of accomodating your needs if you speak english. The main attraction of this hotel is the Taoism Hotspring. It fell way short from our expectation. A lot of them are closed or under construction. The hotspring itself is not that great and you can find better ones easily across china.
