Convenient to the casino
We had end unit street side and heard all traffic noise
Overall mediocre hotel with the basic necessities required for a stay. Staff were not abundantly friendly. For example, no one goes out of their way to greet you. Additionally, housekeeping feels that service only includes making of the bed.
Hubby and I stayed 2 nights for our anniversary. It was great with a great location near the casino. Not a big fan of Cherokee. All the local eateries are dirty, overpriced, and none were very good. The only thing going for the entire are is the casino.
Large room, comfortable bed, free breakfast, nice massaging shower head, close to casino.
No clean linen, for breakfast the egg and sausage was fake. The quality of the tv sucked . On Thursday you can't check in before 4:00, but on Friday you check in early...just piss me off. But the bed was very comfortable. The sitting chair need to be a recliner....was not worth $150 a night
Nice place for the money
Staff was friendly close to casino.
Housekeeping should be later since at casino all night. We only got service one day out of four because we slept til 2
The staff were friendly, the room was large, clean and comfortable, and the location is great as we were there to go to Harrah's Cherokee Casino. Easy walk to the casino. Nice view of mountain from our room. The breakfast was good, nothing to write home about, but was hot and substantial and the coffee was good too. Will definitely stay here again and again.
There was nothing negative about our stay. We will be returning soon.
Desk Staff. Bedding. Weird policies. Cleanliness.
