Passenger van

I rented a 15 passenger van. I was really impressed with the quality and amenities of the Ford Transit. I received a great rate that was more than half off compared to local agencies. Will definitely rent here again.

I travelled 25 minutes in Uber to pick the car spending around $50 fare. They informed me at the spot that we do not have any availability. They said it usually happens with online booking. If this happens most of the time, they should stop online service.

It was great! Easy! Great customer service! And the young man Brandon who help me was very patient, extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I was having some issues with my card. Drop off was easy and quick! I’ll definitely be using them in the future!

I pre-paid for my car and was late picking it up and there was no car for me when I arrived unless I wanted to pay more for a larger car. I was told I paid for a time slot. I did not pay for a time slot, I paid for a specific car that I picked out. Whether this is in your terms and conditions, this is horrendous customer service. What if I was flying in and my flight was delayed? Then, I'm just stuck at the airport? The person at the Hertz counter told me I had to call for a refund. I called and the person on the phone was very confused and repeatedly recited some other customer's travel info to me, even though I told him it was not me. I waited 7-10 business days for a refund and never got it, so just had to call back again and was told I have to wait another 7-10 days for a refund. In the end, I never got a rental car and it's been nothing but a hassle to try to get my money back.

When I went to pick up the vehicle, I waited for 20 minutes before I spoke a staff. She told me no cars available!!!! Then the manager asked me to come inside .After a few minutes she told me to go outside and wait. Another staff came out and told me that no vehicle available. I showed the proof of confirmation, and I Asked why I'm not getting a vehicle , she told me there are so many other people made reservation before me. When I asked for the explanation she told me to get out of the office. Thank you Hertz for your excellent service 👏 😀 👍 🙌
