Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the water taxi, bay, and local attractions. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and some appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and the condition of the pool, which was sometimes unusable or under renovation. While the service was generally positive, there were occasional complaints about reception and amenities. Overall, the location and views were standout positives, but improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.AI-Generated from customer reviews
