Location and staff
The toilet smell was not fresh. The breakfast was terrible. Very poor and not good
The breakfest could be better
Spacious room and nice, helpful staff. I stay in the suite, which is awesome and totally worth the price.
Breakfast is just ok, would be better if there are more options to choose.
Location good, nice , clean, staff helpful
The pool was a little shaded and didn’t get much sun the bar had a funny layout
The hotel is very nice looking, but the small things add up to a huge disappointment. I really liked the very soft bed. I wish I could have brought it home with me. It was a very clean and maintained hotel. This is about all I can say that was good about this hotel.
One huge problem for me was that the shower had luke warm (on the colder side) water. During the heat of the summer, I can understand the cool temps. But, in the winter, the temps are quite cool in the evenings and mornings. My friend and I had two rooms at the hotel for six days. There was no place to store your clothes. There was not even a luggage rack. The wardrobe was far too small. In addition to no clothing storage, the room is not livable for long stays. The only seating in the room is on the bed, or a small vanity stool. The electric outlets are too far from sitting areas to use for computers. Apparently, I missed the notice that this is a non-smoking hotel, even though they have balconies that could be used for smoking. The hotel does not allow this either. Great hotel for a non-smoker I assume. The pool gets very little sun, always in the shadow of the hotel building. We experienced two nights of partiers at the hotel pool in which their music and voices carried into the rooms, disturbing those not invited to their revelry. Finally, the breakfast was ok. It really lacked much flavor.
