8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good Front desk workers were wonderful Shuttle to midway was great
Cons: Pool was freezing cold. My kids did not swim very long because of it. Our room was half cleaned. Someone's used shampoo was still in the shower and hair dryer was still plugged in. The sleeper bed cushions were off with what looked liked dirty laundry still on it. Food you could order at the bar was too fancy and not kid friendly and had no high chairs that we could find. The hotel was not kid friendly either. For an individual or couple travelling the hotel was perfect.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great great heating system bathroom looks great beds were cozy evrrything was neat and smelled fresh looks like a mini condominium
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable--great king bed (nice and firm!). The breakfast was also very good, though you might consider having a few other things on the buffet.
Cons: We were outraged by the $17.00 parking charge + whatever the charge was for parking in "Bedford Village." We have expected to pay parking charges before at other hotels where there was enclosed parking, but NEVER has there been a charge for parking in an open lot surrounding the hotel. That upset us very much and may cause us to go somewhere other than this cluster of hotels--no matter how convenient they are to Midway Airport.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was nice
Cons: When I told the front desk that my bath towels that was given to were stained with a brownish color 2 times they didnt really seem concerned

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and well appointed. Everything was clean. The ease of getting to and from the airport is great, and the availability of restaurants nearby is good too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean hotel, and the free breakfast was very good. We really appreciated the free 24 hr. shuttle - we used it quite a few times to get to the train station at Midway to go downtown.
Cons: This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but there were rats living in the landscaping outside - gross and scary - they were huge and would run in the bushes while we were outside! Call animal control maybe?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked having a kitchenette to store food from the many restaurants in walking distance. Close to shopping and the airport. Beautiful lobby with double sided fireplace and firepit outside. I'm glad they had a pool! Breakfast was good too.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly and the suites are spacious with a full fridge/freezer. Airport shuttles stopped frequently.
Cons: I was surprised to find housekeeping failures. I selected it based on high cleanliness ratings. There was goop on the remote, hair on the counter and several on the floor along the tub edge, blue gel on the toilet seat and bed wasn't made properly.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I appreciated the fact that LeVaughn, who was the night desk clerk, waited for me to arrive after a delay in taking a taxi and very sloppy wet weather. Breakfast was good. I was very relieved that the hotel was quiet and comfortable, since I arrived later than anticipated and had an early plane.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is really close to the Chicago-Midway airport, so it is a great place for overnight stays between flights. There are several restaurants nearby, including those serving famous Chicago-style pizza. It was very quiet at night during my stay, so I woke up really rested.
Cons: The staff was too formal without a touch of human warmness. I am not that sure about the quality/price ratio, the hotel seemed to me a little bit overpriced.
7.9 Good
Pros: Friendly staff

We always had someone with him but the staff mentioned that PetSmart offers a service to stay with your dog during the day while you visit Chicago. My dog got all kinds of treats, water and a lot of love from the staff. It's really a good and affordable place to be.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: The room didn’t have a fridge or microwave in the room. Our tv wasn’t working we called down and reported it and no one came to fix it. No complimentary breakfast.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I loved the décor. The atmosphere was perfect for my business getaway. The art in common areas was lovely and inspiring. I used the pool, gym, and outdoor patio area. All were great. The room was cozy, with a streamlined décor that inspired me to focus on my business. The room was spotless, and housekeeping was prompt with my requests for coffee, etc., and made the room look amazing every day. I usually find hotel pillows either too puffy or hard, but these pillows were perfect. I loved having the closet, and it was quite useful to be able to hang my clothes for the three days, and transfer them into the bathroom, where there were also hooks. The bathroom was very functional, in that it had shelves and places for work clothes, and hooks to hang wet bathing suits, etc.
Cons: Dairy-free options were extremely limited. I couldn't eat most of what was on the menu on site, and I had to run out and purchase my own creamer for coffee. I then had to request a refrigerator that took some time to receive. I thought, for the price, the room should have included a refrigerator automatically. In fairness, the staff was helpful and did provide me one, under the circumstances. The room was not very quiet. The AC unit made loud noises when it kicked on, which woke me up several times during the night. (However, the temperature was always very comfortable.) There was also a loud, constant sound coming from the ice machine. In a less expensive room, I would not have been bothered by these things, but the stay was not inexpensive. Being that I was travelling for work, not getting enough sleep was inconvenient. Lastly, I had a lot of trouble with the Internet everywhere in the room except the bed. It was convenient to stream Netflix from the bed, but I really needed the Internet to work at the desk (which otherwise would have been a perfect workspace.) I'm not sure if any of the Internet problem could be attributed to my own devices, or whether it was simply the way the room was structured.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice everything including lounge and retaurant

Cons: The rooms didn't have microwaves but other than that it was great. This did not in any way interrupt the flow of my trip. I was able to use the microwave in the lobby. So I wouldn't say this was a huge negative, just would've been more convenient if it was in the room.

6.7 Good
Cons: I did not like the fact you had to pay for parking each night. Was not told till I got there that it was a $150 deposit. Think that should be told before hand.
7.9 Good
Cons: The price was a little high and I didn't know that the hotel charges you 50$ a day for incidentals.
6.3 Good
Pros: It was beautiful. The clerk at check in did everything possible to help straighten out a bad situation that was no fault of mine. I was upset, she stayed professional and went the extra mile to help. That’s why we stayed and didn’t take money back and leave. Very Humble.
Cons: Because of booking mistake the price stay went up, cost for breakfast & parking was to high. I was unable to get clean towels because staff didn’t come in until 9am. There was a lot of noise bumping wall banging over or on the side of my room. I share it with the clerk that morning and she gave me a (what do u want me to do smile) and that was it. I went back to my room to pack up to leave. I asked her did anyone else complain she said no with the same impression as before and I said maybe they were just near my room. She gave me the impression it doesn’t matter, it’s not worth addressing cause your checking out anyway. So for the price & location I expected better. Had I knew about the costly breakfast price for parking & no towels until 9, upon reservation I would not have chose this hotel. Nor to mention the booking agency failed me as well.

Pros: The room was immaculate. The bed was super comfortable. The climate control was superb. The housekeeping and hotel staff were excellent and accommodating.
Cons: The only reason I did not give an “exceptional” rating is because there was no pool or hot tub. However, I failed to look for that option since I allowed my partner to do the search. I would stay at this hotel again especially during the colder season.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were extremely clean. I’m usually weary about motels like this but I had no issue being here. I love that the parking lot is gated off. It made me feel very safe and secure. Staff was very nice and prompt with even a nice wake up call for check out! My stay was because my main level floor was put in and it couldn’t be walked on for 24 hours. Couldn’t have asked for a comfier place right down the street!
Cons: It would be nice if there were more outlets. But that’s not an easy fix. The air/heat was a little difficult to figure out but once it kicked on it worked so well!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Impressive rates and accomodation. Will definitely be booking again.
Cons: Difficult to enter.
6.3 Good
Pros: The price was competitive with other motels in the area. It was clean, and the staff were very nice.
Cons: It was noisy, both from the outside (Harlem Avenue traffic, restaurant next to motel) and from inside (thin walls made it easy to hear people in adjoining rooms). The clothes rack was located over the refrigerator and microwave oven, making it almost impossible to hang up clothes in my room. It was advertised that there was a snack vending machine. There was none. The one non-caffeinated diet drink (excluding water) in the beverage vending machine had non-diet soda in it.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Conveniently located to MDW airport and and hour away from Downtown. Several eating places around. The place do not server breakfast or any meals. That is the downside which I could not mark in above questionnaire. Overall decent place to stay will clean toilet and well functioning shower.
Cons: No option for Breakfast
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location where my event was, 2 min drive to my banquet event.
Cons: It was on the mane floor & I didn’t have to walk up any steps.

Pros: Hotel employee at the front desk was soo helpful. We got there early and she accommodated us. Which was awesome! Hotel was updated and very clean.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Room was very clean and quiet and in good location.
Cons: A little outdated and housekeeper said only 2 towels per room even though our booking was for 2 adults and 2 children.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast is not good enough. Its below our expectation. Breakfast area is quite, clean.
Cons: First impression was bad. We went all the way from Toronto after 8hr drive, tired. Staff did not understand us. In the system there was not our booking show up. Later they figure out after an hour. In reception there was not waiting seat available. We went with kids and it was hot humid outside to stay. We booked this hotel because of free breakfast...It was not nice enough. Muffins smell bad. In our room it was the bathroom which was smaller then a port o potty.. with a shower. In our room it was the bathroom which was smaller then a port o potty.. with a shower without bathtub. Stairs to room is not kids friendly. No other accessories like hair dryer, iron. No drinking water provided. Small tiny refrigerator do not fit even our baby food.
6.7 Good
Cons: The continental breakfast
4.2 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was terrible most places have at least waffles to make not just cereal and dry muffins and English muffins. Using a gallon of milk is very unsanitary when used for public breakfast I don’t know where the last person hands were at before they took the top off the milk!. The cereal was stale we went to family dollar and bought milk and cereal for our next day breakfast. The room was ok... the bathroom was extremely small for a family of 4 to stay in for 2 days only 2 towels and a hand towel and one washcloth was provided in a 2 queen bed room for a family of 4. The pool was awesome! Except for the metal stairs in deep end the steps are loose and as I tried to exit pool I fell and hurt both my legs from knees down because the top step pivots and I lost balance not expecting the step to move I have huge bruises on my shins. And it’s been 5 days since this happens and my shins hurt horribly...the pillows were very flat not comfortable at all even folded up
Cons: See above I wrote it all there

4.6 Okay
Cons: Chairs to sit outside... nothing put soaps on in the showers... no place to hang up clothes..

Pros: Free parking
Cons: Their “continental breakfast” is a joke. They shouldn’t have anything at all if they’re going to have a dim selection of stale bagels, 2 kinds of cereal and apple/orange juice.

7.1 Good
Pros: Breakfast coffee was easily accessed. Location is convenient to Midway Airport (~$20 Uber each way). Facilities are dated but reasonable for bargain lodging. Some decent dining choices within walking distance.
Cons: The 'purchased danish' provided was 'minimal'. 1970's decor showing it's age but it was reasonbly clean considering.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: I don't smoke and all I could smell was stale smoke and then I learned that I couldn't change my room until possibly the next day. I hate the idea of not being able to change anything after you've booked.

Pros: Did not eat breakfast, drank coffee only which was good
7.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Limited tv channels mo movie channels.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location, the price, the room layout.
Cons: The room smelled like it lacked sufficient ventilation and is in need a regular thorough cleansubg. Perhaps the carpet could be vacuumed, steamed or replaced. As a person with dusty allergy sensitivities, I had to wipe down the furniture in the room. There was dust build up on the legs and base of the chairs. The first night there was hole in the fitted sheet. After the second night I had to request that the fitted sheet be replaced and it was. Housekeeping missed a day cleaning the room and I did not leave any personal possessions on the bed.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Not quite the best hotel
Cons: No cartoon channels leave room door open when someone has checked in
1.0 Poor
Cons: I reserved a room for 3 people and I paid extra for that, from $--- it went up to $---, but when we got there they told us that the room was only for two and they forced us to get another room, I will never go back there

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, very good value for money, friendly staff
Cons: No refrigirator or microwave at the room, its pretty far from downtown
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location was close to Chicago down town
Cons: The structure and organization of the hotel was very bad. All the rooms were facing the main street, within 50 ft from your room door. None of my stuff got stolen but I was anxious all the time when we were away from the hotel room. Rooms do not have refrigerator and micro-oven. The cost of staying was approx $100 per night but no breakfast was provided. Bathrooms were dirty, not cleaned properly. For a group of 4 people in double bed room, they only gave us 2 towels. The bed sheet in one of the beds was ripped ( Please see attached picture), although the manager changed after I showed him that. Over all very dis-satisfying, do not recommend at all.
