Slow but good
Pros: Person handling was polite. But tete was a line of people he had to handle alone.
Cons: Vehicles was not clean, so I had to pay more for upgrade.

location information clarity needed
Pros: When I eventually got a car, in Evanston, the service was good and the car was fine.
Cons: I came from VA to Chicago on Xmas day. I assumed the pickup location was near the airport (Ohare). When I got to the Budget office adjacent to Ohare, it turned out I was in the wrong location. I needed to get to another location 30 miles away which had already closed for the day, in fact they had closed before my flight arrived at 2pm. The Ohare office had no extra cars so I was without a rental car to use to get to my Xmas day dinner with relatives. I got a rental in Evanston the next day. Needless to say, this was a frustrating experience. Any thoughts on how to avoid a repeat of the problem in the future?

Couldn't get a rental
Pros: No one showed up to the location to work that day. When I arrived there were several other customers that had been waiting for 2 hours for someone to arrive. Customer service was no help.

Very nice/helpful employees.
Pros: Eric and Greg were exceptionally nice and helpful. appreciate that very much.
Cons: Can't figure out how to pay a toll. :-(
