Pros (+) Clean with all the amenities expected at this price. Quiet location, GREAT for pets (small field in back for dogs). I have stayed at many of the chain and local motels in Chico over the years and there is no reason this place should be rated lower than any chain (for sure). This is my favorite place to stay (under $100/night) in Chico.
Cons (-) There is always some small issue with the room: the AC controls are funky, the TV picture is not perfect, etc. But to be fair I have never felt anything so bad that I complained about it. Room 39 internet is intermittent, but has been excellent in all the other rooms I've stayed in there. If internet is important to you, be sure to check it when you get your room and before you move your stuff in....
