Pros: My visit was very nice and enjoyable
Pros: The continental breakfast was good - always had eggs and sausage plus waffles, breads, cereals, yogurt and juices. The location was perfect for traveling on 89 north or south being set back off the highway so no noise.
Cons: I like to watch sports (especially baseball) on the TV when at the hotel. Thursday night and Friday night all the sports (and most everything) was blocked off. When I called the front desk to ask, I was told they didn't get those channels. What??? no sports whatsoever?? Then on Saturday, the channels worked and I was told by another clerk on Sunday that they all should have worked. Was pretty disappointed when I couldn't get anything but local news and 90's sitcoms for the 1st 2 nights.
Cons: your rooms shoild have a clock like the cube do we can charge are cel phones next to the bed not in the bathroom so when it rings ae night you dont have get out of bed to look for your phone. there are no outlets in the bedroom you use
Pros: Great selection, great for frequent travelers, however I had to leave too early for breakfast
Cons: No, elevator for seniors unless they ask for a lower floor in advance
Pros: All very good
Pros: Staff gave us helpful info about travel for us to get home. we were concerned about the fires and about the hot temperatures, on Hway 10 vs. 40.
Cons: Problems with the TV. We had to mess around with the buttons on the back in order to get it going. Person at desk had to show us how to get started. Would have been helpful to have printed directions.
Pros: Central location for the places I needed to be.
Cons: Refrigerator didn’t work, and room wasn’t cleaned daily. Stayed for 4 nights. No clean cups in room on day 2 and 3. The free breakfast was great though.
Pros: as indicated in question #1
Cons: no snow removal for parking lot no exercise equipment
Pros: I liked the staff very nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great location. Kids loved the pool area. Price was very fair.
Cons: No elevator, breakfast was the same both days. Tables in dining room should be cleaned more frequently during breakfast. Carpet needs to be replaced. Couldn't get phone service in hotel room, not sure if it was my carrier or the hotel.
Cons: No elevator was a pretty big inconvenience
Pros: Always enjoy staying here when we visit our daughter. Very clean and staff is friendly
Cons: Bed on room 225 next to bathroom is in poor shape. Had to sleep in middle so I wouldn’t roll off. Whirl has lot of foam. Consider different treatment.

Pros: Quick and easy check in with nice staff.
Cons: The Green Tree site was showing no availability. The person above us was making lots of noise from 10 to almost 11PM and then started again at 6:15 in the morning. We paid $--- a night for this hotel and were hoping our daughter could sleep all night.
Pros: It was really close to family I was visiting and restaurants were all close as well.
Pros: It was close to family.
Cons: The door didn't look like it closed securely. Beds were not made and trash was not emptied.

Pros: Location and clean grounds an room
Cons: Bath need redone towel shelf fall off wall shower head needs replaced bathroom door nob needs fixing it’s hard to open from inside
Pros: The location was great, the ac unit was fantastic
Cons: The room smelled like pet urine. I told the front desk and they came and sprayed but no change.
Cons: The only thing that could have been better were the pillows lol. They were a bit flat
Pros: The staff was warm and friendly. They didn't allow us to check in early because it was a busy weekend with several ongoing events (one of those we were a part of). But that was understandable. They did allow me to choose a room beforehand. The property was clean and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a fridge and microwave which you rarely get anymore for this reasonable price. I loved the fact that the toiletries were bottles with pumps, none of those soap bars you have to unwrap. The free breakfast was incredible! They had delicious scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and all the regular items you'd expect. They even had almond milk which really impressed me. There was plenty of parking. We didn't use the pool area but it looked very nice. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in town. It exceeded all of my expectations!

Pros: location and staff
Cons: price and quality of facility
Pros: A place to stay
Cons: Non smoking rooms had cigarette smoke in them.
Pros: Being that this was a 2star hotel, the room was wonderful! Very clean and with plenty towels, plenty toilet paper, I loved that the room had an extra sink outside the bathroom. The reception person was very nice, he welcomed us very friendly. Loved it!
Cons: I wish they had more protein in their breakfast. Eggs and sausage or ham.
Cons: old, musky smell, dirty carpets, overall not very clean - WAY OVERPRICED
Pros: We always go here when we go to the Prescott Valley area. The pool and hot tub are amazing! Love the free continental breakfast, too.
Cons: Nothing. We really like it!

Pros: No eggs. Bed was fine
Cons: Could of have more breakfast.
Pros: Very nice.. Nice inside pool
Pros: Pool & hot tub were very nice and we got it all to ourselves. We definitely will get 1st floor room next time as stairs were difficult with carrying bags as only 2 access doors for whole hotel. Way better hotel than motel 6 in Prescott
Cons: A lot of drunk people wondering the 2nd floor both nights
Cons: Back door was always open anyone could get in and out. There was a sign saying it was locked but it wasn't.
Pros: Coffee maker and fridge worked. Free breakfast with self serve Belgian waffle maker.

This 57 room Super 8 is located 10 miles from historic downtown Prescott, AZ. The property features SuperStart Breakfast, in-room micro/fridges, high speed internet access, some whirlpool suites. The property is located near various attractions and shopping. Sorry, we do not accept pets.
Cons: Breakfast was lacking.
Pros: The only reason I put fair is because the beds were comfortable.
Cons: The lobby and hallways didn't have ac, due to the facility "conserving energy". My mother and her husbands ac didn't work in their room (room 112) and had to be moved upstairs where the other rooms ac didn't work any better. It wasat least 80+ in the building and 100 outside. Hot weekend in Prescott. There was a pool advertised and there is no pool here. The bathroom in our room had mild in the corners of the floor. There were zero trash bags in the trash cans in our room, unorganized and could've been cleaner.
Pros: We didn't stay at that hotel!
Cons: Pet Policy! We didn't notice anything in the text during our registration regarding pets. Upon arriving at the hotel, there was a sign on the front door stating, "No Pets." Upon entering the lobby area there was also a sign on the counter and wall.
Pros: The beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Continental breakfast needs a little more choices.
Pros: It was what I expected for a Super 8. Nothing fancy but adequate for my needs and price range. Had an iron and board , microwave and small refrigerator. These were convenient.
Cons: Breakfast was very Continental. Could have been a little more elaborate like other hotels but probably would raise the price.
Pros: The staff at this hotel are awesome. Friendly & helpful. Everyone we encountered was great
Cons: The rooms need much work. Our tv only worked intermittintly. There was tears in the blankets & stains on the seats of the chairs. Also there was smoking & non smoking rooms on the same floor. The smoke was so bad in the hallway you could barely breathe.
Pros: It was cheaper than the others.
Cons: No hand towels. Old bath towels.
Pros: That it was close to were we needed to be.
Cons: They lost our reservation, we paid a much higher rate then we should have and the staff was very rude. The walls are paper thin as well, so you can hear everything in the room next door to you.
Pros: The property was easy to find and right on the highway
Cons: Definitely time to refresh the property with some paint, better beds, and some better shower heads.
Pros: The Bulb in the over the Bed was Out, I had toPlug in the Refrigerator. Had to Pick up the Frig because the Cord was Stuck under it. I could not see to Shave because the Sink was Offset from the Overhead lighting. The Main Light in the Bathroom Had no Cover. There was a Bare Light bulb. The Bath Towels had holes in them. The Shower curtain rod Was Terribly unstable. Breakfast was Fine. The Employees were Nice. But Couldn't get into the Room until 3pm. I will not stay there again.
Pros: Staff was nice.
Cons: You wasn't that clean.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Better breakfast. Maybe boiled egg.it was not diabetic friendly, too many carbs
