Pros: What a Great place and people. If you ever get a chance to stop and and say Hi to people.. The people here are super nice.
Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn. All the employeess were super friendly.. Our room was clean. The free breakfast was a plus. Lots of nearby stores & restaurants. Walking distance to these places!
Cons: I was hoping this would be a little close to downtown Prescott. Its about a 25 min drive. But not bad.
Pros: Room was nice and roomy, clean. Some water stains on chairs and bed skirt. Staff cordial and helpful.
Cons: We were on the third floor, heavy walking till late and early in the morning on the 4th floor.

Pros: Very friendly staff, exceptionally clean and comfortable
Cons: Our second and third day were very busy for breakfast. The person working the area seemed very overwhelmed and a bit snappy with me and some other guests. We did let the front desk know about this as well. The rest of our stay was awesome
Pros: Friendly staff, hot breakfast, clean
Pros: Great beds and pillows. Nice nook with sofa and chair, desk and tv that swiveled between there and the bed area.
Cons: Stain on carpet in front of bathroom

I was not overly impressed. This is not a hotel for motorcyclists. The parking lot is thick gravel that made it difficult to park and back up.
Pros: The location was convenient.
Cons: The bathroom was tiny, the blinds for the bathroom window did not reach the bottom, there was a small ac for the room that barely kept it cool and was so loud that watching tv was near iimpossible.
Overall, the room was OK for a 2 star rating. This was room #3 and as several of the rooms were rented by my family, it is important to note that not all of the rooms were up to par. One room had a box TV and another room had no electrical outlets in the bathroom. All agreed that cleanliness was evident. For the price, it was alright, and I would recommend a young couple or single person.
Pros: The rooms were VERY clean and efficient. All necessities were available. There was also a hair dryer available. As Chino Valley is small, the Primrose Inn was located fairly centralized to other stores and shopping.
Cons: The room is small. The bathroom is EXTREMELY small and the sink was tiny with absolutely no room to place anything on. Coffee in the morning was available from 7-9:30 or so, but it was so unbelievably strong not even several containers of creamer helped.
Pros: I liked that the room was updated, the staff were able to answer my quick questions, the location was just minutes from where I had to be. Even though I was on the 1st floor, it was pleasantly quiet!
Cons: I was in a non-smoking room and I could tell someone had smoked (not the hotel's fault). The pillows could be replaced, as well as the shower curtain. Otherwise my stay was accommodating.
Cons: Noisy (gap under door, windows don't deal), only 3 outlets available in the entire room...none by the bed. Plugged my bike in by the bathroom. A/C was loud, there was no breakfast when I left at 6:30 and it was Expensive. And had garbage outside door
Pros: Great value.
Cons: Pillows were bad. Not a huge deal though.
Cons: I did not like the fact that breakfast hours were only between 6 AM and 9 AM and on Saturday, March 18 they closed breakfast almost 20 minutes earlier than the posted time. Which made me take my family out to eat!
Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: The breakfast was not that good. I did like the coffee. I had to defrost the freezer, on the refrigerator, to be able to close the door.
Cons: Had two queens. The mattresses need to be replaced. One bed had a huge dip in it so I you basically sleep in a hole all night. The other bad was not as bad but still dipped. The blow dryer quit working after a minute and was falling off the wall.
Pros: Nice rooms
Pros: extremely clean rooms and the staff was amazing. The continental breakfast was typical but the price for what all you got was below average. The overall price was great and yes i will definately be back.
Pros: The price was terrific. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. And it was quiet. This isn't a luxury hotel but it is a good value. Plus, it is near a grocery store and some shops. Only a few minutes from Prescott. I would stay there again.
Pros: Good customers service.
Pros: Nice room
When visiting Prescott Valley, Arizona Inn of Prescott Valley is a great choice to consider. Guests can take a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool, and free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Location was perfect for our trip. Close to everything we needed.
Cons: This hotel is desperately needing renovations. From the dingy towels to the stained walls, they could do a lot to improve the atmosphere and make this hotel more appealing to customers.
Pros: The location.
Cons: Hidden fees.
Pros: The location and the fact that it was suppose to be a 2 star hotel. Did NOT have a good night. Was a miserable experience
Cons: Heavy plastic was on the box springs and the mattress slid off and my husband that had just had surgery fell in the floor. When I told the manager, He was VERY RUDE told me you get what you pay for. Front lobby used for storage. NOT A 2 STAR HOTEL.
Pros: They already knew I needed the handicap room from my previous stay.
Cons: Breakfast needs less sweets and more proteins. Suggest the little frozen omelettes with cheese like Days Inn serves.
Pros: price was reasonable
Cons: No plates for breakfast and there was a huge language barrier w/ the guy at front desk. Oh and the hallways were extremely bright, giving the place a dated look.
Pros: The location and price.
Cons: The Hall ways had a nasty smell. The continental breakfast was a joke. No salt available. Milk was in a Gallon jug instead of a dispenser. Butter was in an open store container. No variety.
Cons: It was dirty, dated and we had a broken sauna in our room.
Pros: Everything! But mostly the indoor pool and jacuzzi!!
Pros: Room was very clean! I got there early and my room was ready and waiting. Staff was very nice.I would definitely stay again!
Pros: I really liked that they had dispensers for soap and shampoo and body wash. I had ran out and was great that it was there.
Cons: it was good.
Pros: Location was goo
Cons: It smells, bed was hard; pillows are very flat!!

Pros: The staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean. The hotel is in the process of being renovated so when finally done, it will be really nice!!
Cons: In the process of being renovated; pool was down and in the summer time with kids in Arizona, that's a must!! The sheets barely fit on the bed and were torn. For almost $100 a night, a solid sheet would have been nice. And the wi-fi was free but we either couldn't connect or it would disconnect on its own.
Pros: It was least expensive when looking at other room rates
Cons: Atmosphere was pretty poor, but good enough for quick trip. The place look rundown. The pool was in closed for renovation. The key did not open to the room door, Supplied stacked in hallway. Would have been nice if they offered a discount on room rate for the pool being out of order. The room had a mini fridge, but it did not keep our food and beverages.
