Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable, and overall room was very clean. Great presentation. We ordered room-service and the food was outstanding! The bellboys were awesome, very helpful and friendly (can't say the same about the rest of the staff) The gardens and pool are beautiful, clean, and family friendly.
Cons (-) Jacuzzi was cold, had to ask for it to be turned on however after about an hour it was only a bit warm. Also having to leave an ID to borrow towels for the pool/Jacuzzi I thought was odd and felt a sense of distrust from the hotel.
