UnprofessionalPros: The car was nice and in very good conditionCons: I was given the wrong address for pick up. I spent $60 going to an office it didn't exist to pick up the vehicle which by the way was given on the reservation email. Once I called the pffixe number I was given a different address at a hotel upon arriving the little stand for the car rental company was unattended, when I asked the hotel attendant she said no one was there and that she was going to call someone from the car rental company. The attendant didn't show up until around 10am my reservation was for pick up time of 8am.

Cons: Very poor experience, was told to pick up at a certain location, when I couldn't find the address I called the local customer service and they told me that location closed a year ago, Also the lady told me she could not find my rental even with my confirmation number. I went to the other location and they told me all of their cars were reserved for other customers already. I had to rent a car from another company at a higher price due to last minute rental.

terrible servicePros: There was nothing to like.Cons: I was not able to rent the car, all the prices were changed at the airport, I was asked for a 12,000.00 USD deposit, Had to rent another car with the terms and conditions of the terminal, I was already at the airport and my vacation had to be shortened due to the inconvenience of the car rental rates, which are extremely high.
Pros: No it was not friendly. it was like the person did not like i reserved online he said he had an obligation to sell insurance not the rental on the car very rude he is an insurance agent not a rental car agent he said kayak is no goodCons: I went to another agency and a lot different customer service very good and rented from that agency

First car rental experience outside the USPros: I liked how convenient the airport location was and selection of cars they have.Cons: I didn’t like the $600 dollar retainer they poor on my credit car and that the rental of the car was only $30 but full endurance was 3x that.

-SCAM ALERT- THEY DO NOT HONOR THE INSURANCE FEES WE SEE ONLINECons: They rudely stated that they will not honor the insurance fees offered online, REGARDLESS IF WE PAID it beforehand or not. Their insurance fees are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE... Such an old trick, shame on them!

Pros: It was a trick: the price was advertised as only $3 but with insurance was $38 and the insurance only covered collision after unspecified deductible.Cons: Any trans parent see an actual price process and coverage!
