Pros: My husband and I stayed at the FS Mexico City this past weekend. Wonderful friendly staff, spotless rooms, and the most amazing tranquil courtyard. We were greeted every time we came back to the hotel and staff remembered us at the coffee bar for breakfast and the cocktail bar in the afternoon. Great location for all the tourist spots. Perfect experience and we will be back.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bar, coffee shop and outdoor seating areas were very pleasant and a great place to spend time
Cons: The check in process was disappointing. We arrived at the hotel around 4 pm in the afternoon and a few of our rooms did not get ready until well past 5 pm.
6.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, room size of suite.
Cons: Bathroom poorly appointed, ventilation system not maintained or working. Shower was small and dated. Service staff at breakfast not helpful after ordering something off the menu, they told us we could make it ourselves at the buffet. Breakfast buffet a bit disappointing. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
Cons: It’s a bit corporate feeling.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff and location, easily the best option in Mexico City.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great! I also really enjoyed that there were many areas to go and relax. I was with a big group of friends and we were able to spend time together without having to meet at a lobby as in many hotels. It was the perfect couples gateway.
Cons: I think the lighting in the rooms is poor and not well designed. Also the rooms need more usb charging areas.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel with colonial style environment, super service from all employees. -
8.3 Excellent

9.4 Excellent (4,120 reviews)

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free valet parking is available onsite.
7.0 Good
Pros: I like its location, it is very close to the downtown of Mexico city.
Cons: Staff is not friendly and kindly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very thing was amazing over all.. great customer service..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The 24-hour complimentary food available at the café on the main floor, and the free bottled water were very helpful and convenient. Their availability helped us to freely explore Mexico City.
Cons: The only downside (of relatively minor significance) was the size of room. While very well laid out, the super efficient design meant (for example) that there was not room for two suitcases to sit on stands ready to be opened as needed to change clothes. The smallness of the room also meant that there wasn't desk space practicably available for things like the City Guide book and paperwork we used for exploring the City.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent room, service and breakfast. Location is fabulous if you want hustle and bustle of downtown historic section. Good for first time México City visit
Cons: Perfect - though restaurant kept closing too early at 900 which for Mexico City seemed bizarre.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is in the historic center. The Metropolitan Cathedral is practically beside it. It is an easy access. The restaurant has beautiful views of the Metropolitan cathedral and area. I was in a single room , it was beautiful! The view was spectacular. Bed was a queen size and soft. The room was clean , bathroom and shower were clean , It was a great stay!
7.0 Good
Cons: I don like the people in the dinning room when I’ve are seat in one table for eat my breakfast one person come to me and talk me the table was reserved but I don’t see anybody Thant so discriminatory thanks
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is superb. The property looks out onto the zocalo. The view from the restaurant is magnificent. It was comfortable and clean. The free snacks and coffee in the cafe are high quality and the staff are super friendly.
Cons: The bar is a little expensive, even for a classy place like this.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location at the heart of the city and the amazing helpfulness of the staff. They worked hard if sometimes ineffectively to fix problems, provide help and directions and answer questions. Breakfast good, internet free, great view from bar/restaurant.
Cons: Room (only one with grab bars, necessary for my husband) was small, no place for suitcases except on the desk, no place for dopp kits except the small sink top, and few places to hang towels. Shower flooded the entire bathroom. Big roach came from drain.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Free coffee at coffee bar was excellent!
Cons: NA
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The breakfast buffet food was barely warm. Only ate there once and did not return.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This boutique hotel is a real gem. It is very stylishly designed and appointed. The Junior Suite is huge and so worth the extra $$$s and we greatly enjoyed the wonderful view out over the majestic Zocalo. Also, the complimentary soft drinks in the room minibar, plus the little extra perks of the coffee Lounge area, make this hotel so very special. The complimentary breakfast included in the rate for Jnr Suite was very substantial with plenty of choice for both hot and cold options with plentiful fruit selection also. Not least of all of these plusses is the location, right at Zocalo. On every count, this hotel simply cant be beaten!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing Service, extremely clean, wonderful location. Great breakfast and view.
Histórico Central Mexico City - Mexico City - Building

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great deal with buffet breakfast and 24/7 cafe with food and non alcoholic beverages included in room rate! Room was quiet & service was excellent,
Cons: Room was small and location was sometimes a challenge for traffic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was wonderful and I will definitely refer you to my friends and family. Everyone was so friendly and willing to always help with our questions. If they could not answer, they would find another staff that could speak English. The service I. The cafe and breakfast were great and we couldn’t ask for better location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I absolutely loved this hotel. Food, staff and location were spot on. We felt very welcomed and safe. It's centrally located to many of Mexico's "downtown" most popular places. We travelled with kids and would recommend it to anyone travelling with theirs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a gorgeous property which speaks to the city it sits in. It is wonderful in every respect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Historico Central is an oasis of calm amidst the craziness and hustle and bustle of Mexico City. All staff were friendly and helpful for the duration of our stay. Our rooms were quite small, but comfortable and clean. Linens were of a very good quality. The little cafe serving free snacks and light meals was an absolute blessing. My oldest son insisted on eating street tacos on our first night in the city and we spent the rest of our stay at Historico Central eating the various toasted sandwiches on offer while we recovered. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Cons: I can't think of anything at this hotel I didn't like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Great staff. Great location. Wonderful rooms. Many free extras included. Great food and snacks bar too!
Cons: Nada. Nothing. Es perfecto.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very good selection of local and continental food, nicely presented.
Cons: The hotel presents itself as an historic land mark of sorts, the reality did not meet the expectations of their image on the internet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Great location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is fabulous! Very nice ambience. Although we have stayed there several times we did not realize that as guess we had complimentary snacks and drinks, not including alcohol available at all hours that the snack bar is open. This includes delicious sandwiches. The hotel already includes excellent access to bottled water and apples.
Cons: We recommend that the desk staff be well-informed about general hours of operations for art museums and the murals in the Dept. of Secretary of Education (SEP). At SEP there are outstanding Rivera murals that should not be missed. It is open like any official government office, it does not function with museum schedules. Also we were told we did not need reservations for most high-end restaurants in the Centro Histórico, which we found odd, once we got to two different restaurants, we were lucky to get a table, but strongly advised to always make reservations. Of course, the front desk staff are not responsible to providing tourist information, but it does help to have the correct facts. This is not a complaint, but a suggestion.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the free food, ambiance and staff
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This hotel offers such great in-room amenities along with free water/apples on every floor to ensure that guests are hydrated! It's also in a fantastic location for tourists wanting to take in the touristic sites in the Historic Center.
Cons: The breakfast buffet set-up is too snug and makes the wait times to grab breakfast very long. Right at 7am, guests are already waiting and by the time there's a critical mass of guests at 8am, there's a line 7-8 deep waiting for an omelette. Perhaps the hotel could benefit from spacing out the different station so that not everyone is just lined up against all the food when they're just waiting for an omelette.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Service was beyond expectations! The Staff was very welcoming and inviting! I highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a centric and easy going place!

Cons: Let customers know if big events locally going on with a calendar so guests don’t miss historical events in the city!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: awesome experience, polite and resourceful staff
6.3 Good
Pros: Great location and very beautiful. Front desk and door staff were very friendly.
Cons: The air conditioning is in name only. The room was so warm. I mentioned this in the mid-stay survey and they said they were checking on it. No change. They did give us half off our last night because of it, but it was a lot to pay for a very warm room that made sleeping difficult for 4 nights. Our last night we had to change rooms because they had an event going directly below us until 4 am that was so loud it was shaking the floor. They were very quick to move us, but still. The staff throughout the hotel were very nice but the breakfast staff were not friendly and the tables (which they assign you to) were not set well (we kept missing napkins/utensils/cups and these were not available at the buffet).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excelente service and attention.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Receptionists ad porters welcoming and helpful. Chief Concierge José Luis very helpful and professional. Breakfast waiter Daniel highly efficient and professional. He remembered what we drank and anticipated it every morning. Great building with great decor, public areas and bedroom. Positive experience at La Terraza restaurant on the top floor. Great view of Zocalo. Courteous waiters.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel staff, hospitality, and location was amazing.

Pros: 1.Centric, historic, close to every thing in centro historical; 2.Welcome Mexican sparkling; 3. Staffs are helpful 4. The room is really big
Cons: The hotel smells old, from the carpet, I guess, some people may don’t mind it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel is amazing! Looks better than pictures
5.3 Okay
Pros: the glass ceiling in the lobby is very beautiful. Room is spacious. Location is great
Cons: The bed is not very comfy. First room was noisy with machine working outside and we changed a room on the second day.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very curtious and helpful. They retrieved a forgotten cell phone. Arranged a driver and tour guide to Guadalupe. Came to room to open wine bottle. The roof restaurant and cafe food was excellant. Waiters pleasant.
Cons: The small elevator somtimes had a strange odor. It was clean but could use some kind of air freshner.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The entire hotel is truly beautiful and classical. We loved the decor, the foyer, the staircase. The entire building was wonderful.
Cons: The shower did not work for our entire stay despite reporting the problem to the staff on the first morning. I do not believe they looked at the problem. I was also given some very poor information regading the estimated cost of a taxi. However I still consider this a wonderful hotel if everything works.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Luxury with very few money. Huge room, bathroom, very quiet both inside and outside the room, right in the heart of Mexico City. I would really go again. Do not forget to visit the restaurant in the terrace for an excellent view of Zocalo.
4.0 Okay
Cons: The best room in the hotel didn't have curtains and it took them 3 hours to prepare a new room for us.

Pros: This is a great property located in Polanco. Members of staff are very friendly and willing to help at a moment's notice. The valet service is quick and efficient. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast at Xanat is also very good. Without a doubt, this is a top property in CDMX!
Cons: On Sunday morning, there was rather loud music playing from outside, presumably from the Campo Deportivo Militar Marte across the road, which made it difficult to sleep in.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops in Polanco. The hotel per se is very nice and the staff is excellent! This is my third stay here and planning on many more
Cons: They don’t “technically “ have free wifi. You have to be a rewards member or something. If you are not a member you can sign up for free. Shouldn’t be an issue at all at this kind of hotel

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing!!!
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: The rooms are large with good closet space. Good shower and bathroom area. The staff is very helpful and polite. Every Sunday the big street in front of the hotel closed for cars so people can run, bike and walk with their dogs.
Cons: The room had an odd smell probably from the carpet. On the 2nd day there was a bad smell coming from the vent in the bathroom. Reforma is a busy noisy area, so if you are a light sleeper ear plugs are a must (Hotel did provide a pair).
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff is absolutely amazing, above and beyond. Property is lovely, common spaces are lovely, flowers are gorgeous, service is just so friendly and helpful at every moment during your stay. Bar has a great terrace that overlooks the plaza which is fun. Overall it is a really great hotel. Israel the valet was absolutely amazing and made our visit even better with his help and suggestions.
Cons: Rooms are lovely though shower floods the entire bathroom due to placement of rainshower and handheld showerhead. I think they should have better bathroom amenties/toiletries, as opposed to Elemis products, IMHO. But other than that it is truly special.
6.8 Good
Pros: Luxury accommodations in the heart of Mexico City.
Cons: Steam shower did not work. Housekeeping did not make up my room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff from arrival to departure did everything to make this a memorable trip. They went above and beyond most luxury hotels would do take care of their guests on a personal level. When we told them it was our anniversary they made each day a special one. The chef cooked us a special meal. I cannot say enough about our experience. For a large hotel to give personalized service at this level was indeed very satisfying. Would recommend this hotel very highly.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Very nosy Because my room was very close to the air-conditioned machines for all the hotel It was very bad situation cannot to sleep any night
6.8 Good
Pros: The butler service is v nice, bringing you fresh coffee.
Cons: We forgot the swimming suit in the room and called back right after. They promised to answer right away but not, and next day, they say the clean lady did not see them....... a 5 star hotel ... very disappointed
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Luxurious. Big cozy comfortable rooms. Professional service. Great weekend deals.
Cons: Overall hotel layout fragmented in an office-type building.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Welcoming staff.
Cons: Routine expectation of tipping at breakfast, which I have not encountered in similar properties before and caused some embarrassment on the first morning, as I had not any cash on me. ‘Tip’ added to concierge bill of 10% of the cost of a day trip organised by concierge, with no prior explanation. Told that ‘guaranteed’ room rate by booking.com in US dollars, was simply an estimation, rather than a firm rate, which is not my understanding. Pool and associated facilities a little disappointing compared with rest of the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spectacular hotel with large rooms, beautifully done and extremely attentive staff. No detail was overlooked. Convenient location. Would definitely return.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was wonderful the location the staff the food especially the taxi drivers which went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time

5.0 Okay
Pros: Concierge service was helpful and willing to accommodate
Cons: Room was way too warm and with no way to manually adjust the temp food at the mexican/american restaurant was below grade; the arrachera meat was practically plastic and was still charged for it even after being sent back the mini bar was not serviced and dirty dishes where left as is...kleenex dispenser not filled
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is impressive and has all you need for a comfortable business stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean and the bathroom is very nice with a bath tub too. The Gym is well equipped and the outdoor pool is a nice touch - it is heated too. Would recommend this hotel to a friend.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast buffet was very nice. Good selection. The mall across the street was an added bonus!
Cons: The hot water never got hot.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good Marriott hotel with friendly and helpful staff and two nice restaurants (Mexican/international and Italian). My room (junior suite) was very quiet and had everything I needed including free drinking water. The lounge is very comfortable and offers a good selection of drinks and food.
Cons: The room was a little dark (only one small window) - nothing to worry about. It would have been nice to be able to prepare some tea in the room and to provide the Nespresso capsules free of charge.

Pros: Staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional.
Cons: No.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location! And the staff was super friendly and helpful. I was nervous about taking the kids to this hotel but the staff was very nice to them as well.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location
Cons: At the check-in I've been asked to upgrade to the Regency Club. It's about 50,- USD per night and it includes lounge access with free breakfast and free drinks etc. at a certain times of the day. I accepted and got a room at 40th floor. At the reception they 'forgot' to mention renovation works where taking place at that floor during my stay. So I pay more to have workers all day next to my room. I found it very unfair.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s a modern architecturally pleasant bldg. colours, textiles and atmosphere were perfect. It was in the centre of Polanco Mexico City - the only location you want to be in. The rooms were also nice, I checked in two of my colleagues, so we had 3 rooms all up. We ate in the hotel two nights and had one breakfast. We had 6 to 7 people at each sitting and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, and the dinners were very late each night. I used the gym and it was also spacious and well equipped.
Cons: The WiFi died two nights in a row, but they were quick to rectify the situation.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was mostly good - on the last day the pastries were clearly not fresh (quite stale actually) but here was a wide variety of options and overall it was good. Gym was excellent. Location was good with lots of options for food close by, and near to the museum of anthropology which is well worth a visit.
Cons: Breakfast was self service buffet, BUT you had to rely on the waiting staff bringing you coffee. Sometimes they were not quite so attentive (at least at 7am I found this to be the case) meaning a long wait for a fist cup or a refill. I would rather have just served myself.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice comfy rooms. Beautiful views from room. Wide bathroom. Comfy clean bed. Nice amenities including pool, sauna and steam bath. Great location.
Cons: A bit pricy.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location and confort

Pros: Breakfast was incredible. Fantastic gym. Nice pool and jacuzzis. Great location in town. Near a metro stop. nice view from the executive floor.
Cons: Way overpriced in every way. Poor value for money. Despite having room prices of $200 to $250 dollars per night, they charge you for wifi in your room, which is something that a $10 hotel often has for free.

Pros: Location and gym
Cons: Paid WIFI in the room!

Pros: Everything ... we will be back for sure
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, good location and all the right facilities
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was good...
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent, modern room, great quality of bed and shower. No noise from adjacent rooms. Great gym, nice big pool, both at the top floor with a magnificent view.
Cons: This location is convenient if you need to be in the Santa Fe business area itself, otherwise far from anything, roads to downtown (Polanco, etc) typically congested, takes on average 30 min. What I particularly didn't like were the works (hammering, boring) that were going on one night until 3 am. Staff argued it was not in the hotel but in the same building, yet it sounded very close on one of the floors above me (I was on floor 7). What also does not work yet is to 'prereserve' a taxi, because when I wanted to leave at the agreed departure time, nobody remembered, taxi still had to be ordered, and I was 'accused' of not yet having signed a document regarding the taxi billing on my room, whereas I had 45 min before. I remained relaxed about it, but this accusation was actually quite bad, this just shouldn't happen in a Hilton.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely and practical room design, very spacious and clean rooms. The Club-room was very nice with excellente food and a great view from the terasse where you can enjoy breafast or a light evening snack in a quiet atmosphere. Recommend to book Club-rooms. The fact that the hotel is built into a shopping mall gives you many options for shopping and eating out on foot.
Cons: Room temperature was too cold and the heating function of the AC didn‘t work.
5.5 Okay
Pros: I ordered room service twice and both tines there were problems. The order was wrong or incomplete and they had to return to change it meaning the food was cold and the meal interrupted.
Cons: The room was dark as half of the window was obscured by a stud wall. The bathroom did not have hooks for the hand towels and the hooks for the bath towels were on the opposite side of the bathroom to the shower.
6.3 Good
Cons: I stayed at this Hotel before but the overall recent experience was not worth it. Better and plenty of choices for a better rate in the surroundings of Santa Fe area.
6.8 Good
Cons: They charged extra 20 euros to my credit card for mini bar that have not touched. I realized that 2 weeks later and called them, they reverted it (I hope)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I love the looby, the kisdness people work there and the exelent ubication.
Cons: Realy nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service, great location with a mall directly below the hotel. Clean, hip. I would come back here again anytime.
Cons: The square toilet seats don’t fit right to my seat.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, bed, bathroom, decor
Cons: Staff member trying to sell me a cheap plug adapter for $50 USD

6.8 Good
Pros: Great location, centrally located to most destination.
Cons: Outdated, has not been updated in 20+ years in certain areas, it feels like you are walking back in the 1990s. Had a bad experience with staff - bell boy acted as concierge and booked unlicensed tour guide for us that spoke little to no English in run down car.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel in a great location
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I love the staff , the location and food. The bar and Resturant very nice.
Cons: I stated very clearly I wanted only a king bed deluxe weeks in advance and upon check in was forced to take a room with two double beds. I hated the separate sleeping because the beds are small.

Cons: Everything
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The service at front desk, bellboys and cleaning staff was great, most of the services were very good except at the restaurant. The room was fantastic and super comfortable.
Cons: The food, the restaurant, the room service from the restaurant. The food was brought cold, the order was incomplete and the server had to go and return two times because of lack of attention to details. The food was as bland as it gets, the worse chicken broth I have ever eaten in my whole life. The breakfast was just slightly better. there was no one to talk to about how bad the food was that would actually listen. If you stay at AQUA, DO NOT EAT THERE! There are plenty of great restaurants at the Arcos mall.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: cleaness, flexibility with guests needs, good vallet, good will with clients.
Cons: no view, room service never brings napkins, entrance reception to dark.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Courteous Staff, Neat, Spacious & Clean Room, Good Breakfast
Cons: They can only accept payment in Mexican Pesos or Credit Card - not US$
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel to trip to nearby offices of Microsoft, IBM, SAP and others. Good breakfast, large rooms, fine bed and quite fast internet. Haven't heard any noise during sleep. Iron and board inside the room.
Cons: Clerk at the reception told me that my breakfast not included, but in my reservations they were noticed. Must admit, after I showed the reservation breakfasts were added. No slippers in rooms. No swimming pool.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice room. Quiet. Good internet. Staff at the lounge very friendly. Clean. There are several restaurants and a mall within walking distance- 2 blocks.
Cons: There was no hot water on Monday morning. The other days were fine. They offered me an upgrade, $40/night for an executive floor room w/b-fast included. In fact breakfast was charged, they then clarified that they meant b-fast only at the lounge! Bahhh...
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This is a Sheraton hotel in the corporate sector west of Mexico city. Location is good for the area and the facilities correspond to the Sheraton brand. My family spend a week in the hotel for a medical visit in the city. I want to say that the personnel was extremely attentive with them (two very senior persons) and considerate with their needs. They were warm, something I did not expect from a business style hotel. In particular, I appreciated the attention from Miss Itzi Carrillo, from public relations, and members of the staff like Tania. They found assistance through Miss. Itzi, Tania and Julio of the Front Desk. I congratulate you for your warmth to the Reception guys. They didn't need to be caring, they were. Of course, I will recommend the hotel.
Cons: The service in the restaurant left much to be desired. They treated my family badly because they were elderly. The quality of the food was poor and they brought the cold bread when they had finished eating. The dysfunctional reservations department, my relatives had many problems to make reservations because of my mother's surgery, they had to extend several times. Little professionals, lack of courtesy and empathy for my elderly relatives.
7.0 Good
Cons: Switching off the AC at night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything das great
Cons: The Weather!

Cons: There was nothing not to like!
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The hotel is out dated and needs to be updated. Some of the chairs in the common areas and bar areas are quite worn.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The service at pool side should be more efficient. It took a while to order the service wanted.
Cons: Waiting time for breakfast is long, also de cost, it is expensive. It is surprising that a hotel of this category is lacking of following up in materials out of order, the fridge in the room was not working and I had to wait a long time to have them change it.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The swimming pool, the location, the garden, room space.
Cons: The bar was not fun; the restaurants were expensive as was the minibar.
5.8 Okay

Cons: Pretentious old fashioned brainwashed staff who still don’t realize billionaires also wear jeans and t shirts good grief
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast fine

8.0 Excellent
Cons: Check out is terrible!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has lots of restaurants, and coffee place (token) very good area in Polanco, with shops and bars nearby.... uber drivers and cabs are pretty much a whistle away from the bell hop! Staff is super nice and were fast at fixing shower head! All of Sky Sports England and Italia were in the hotel along with ex F1 driver!
Cons: The prices in the Polanco area including the hotel is over priced! Once ate 3 tacos for 250 mex pesos!!!!! If you don't have patience, just don't go, because traffic is not even describable! Take into account minimum 1hour and a half in case to go places from the hotel! For F1 weekend take 3 hours for traffic!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big confortable room with balcony. The pool area is like an interior garden, full of birds singing every morning: really soothing! Very well located bear Polanco. Fantastic restaurants with a great variety if gastronomy.
Cons: I was expecting a bathrobe and slippers, but it is not a big deal

Cons: nothing
9.1 Excellent
Pros: overall a good experience (clean and modern facilities, helpful service). the hotel is modern, stylish, and fairly close to attractions.
Cons: i had a few frequent traveler nitpicks (strange light switches, missing menu, no laundry on sunday) but also some unexpected delights (hbo game of thrones finale, usb outlets, very nice walk-in shower, above-average gym).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is excellent and likeable, friendly accommodating staff, hotel itself, spacious room with the most comfortable bed and the list goes on. Very affordable for the price and would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an enjoyable and comfortable stay in mexico city.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Worst WiFi connection in the world.
Cons: The WiFi was slower than a 56k dial-up.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Property location wise very good and very clean .
Cons: I would suggest people that don't take the room in end corner because the internet signals very poor it mean that internet will not work properly, also the be careful with room service they are very lazy and you have to call them at least 3 times for one order, also the taxi service is 100% expensive as compare to Uber
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, great staff excellent service and comfortable beds
Cons: I liked everything
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast selection. Nice open lobby. Good location to get to historic centre. Helpful concierge. Jesus was particularly helpful in getting us to Teotihuacan - don't miss visiting here if you get the chance. Rooms are large and bathroom huge.
Cons: We had booked a suite - the first room smelled of smoke (though they are non smoking rooms). We were moved to the next room. The safe didn't work and it took hours to get this sorted after a very long journey. The shower head didn't work properly and despite asking twice for someone to look at it they never did. Rooms feel a little gloomy. Being asked to pay the full amount at check in plus a deposit for incidentals was unexpected but maybe that's just how it is in Mexico.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Staff was rude. When I asked for a pair of scissors, they demanded ID and kept it “to ensure I would return the scissors”. As if they were made out of gold! It would have been more courteous to ask me to leave the scissors in my room or phone so somebody could come pick them up. Also, nobody said hello or good morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. The buffet at breakfast is of high quality and tasty. The staff is a great help and there are many of them everywhere reachable any time. The pool and gym very good.
8.0 Excellent

Pros: Nicely kept up. Very helpful staff. Executive level was well worth it.
Cons: Elevators in need of maintenance (would get stuck etc) but helped that hotel put attendants in many to help out.

Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in Mexico City? This hotel has facilities measuring 4521 square feet (420 square meters), including a conference center. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed staying here. Our kids loved the pool, staff was very helpful, the restaurants were good although you have to pay for breakfast it was really good. Room service was quick & food tasted good. The thing we really liked was that even though it was close to the airport, and right on a busy road, our room was very quiet. You could barely hear the traffic right outside our window. So we slept well.
Cons: The neighborhood surrounding the property is not very nice. We walked to a market a couple blocks away and there were abandoned cars & minibuses, and piles of trash. Not really walkable but we had rented a car and it was very close to the airport so that was convenient. They also had an airport shuttle. We felt safe in the hotel. So overall it was a very good experience.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds, staff is awesome!
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Food price on the cafeteria and restaurant
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff did an amazing job answering my questions, front desk personnel were very well trained.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service
7.0 Good
Pros: The food was excellent
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The food was very good quality. Service was extremely attentive and good security!
Cons: The prices were high. American dollar prices for meals in Mexico is not acceptable, we did not eat more often at the hotel because of that reason. Also the coffee shops prices were extremely high as well! 80 pesos for a bottle of water!!!!!!! And the wash cloth towels in the rooms were not available to you unless you went to the pool to get them, that was just odd is all. They did give us a smoking room one of the nights, and that was a nightmare!! I was so exhausted that I could not even try to get it changed, after we checked in. No warning and they did not ask if we wanted a smoking room . Beware of that when booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We've stayed here before when flying in or out of Mexico City. The airport shuttle is a great service and the rooftop pool is great. Room is always clean and service great.
Cons: I wish the buffet breakfast was not as expensive, or included with the room, particularly as there are not so many options nearby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff and the pool
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: The answering machine on the phone let's you dial to reach someone who speaks English. I called that extension over the course of my stay, to be told over the phone that no, there is no one in the hotel that speaks English. Disappointed to say the least. Very uncomfortable as well.
7.5 Good

Cons: I liked everything!

Pros: The best part about this hotel was that it was really close to the Foro Sol. The staff was friendly they have a kitchen that is open 24hrs a day. It was clean and the bed was comftable
Cons: I really didn’t have any negative to say about this hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town
