The car itself was fine. The non existant pick up at the airport with no response from any number listed for them, after an hour and a half I hired a cab (they refused to reiemburse me) to get to a locked gate. The guard finally let me in to find their location at the back of the lot. The basic insurance is included (on the internet add) turned out to be false. The cost was $350 for the car and over $900 for the insurance, nowhere in the adds does it state anything about this cost I feel they rate right up there with phone scammers. Be Ware! The people we interacted with once we found their location were polite and pleasant the only thing is they are peddaling a scam.

The car rental company did not have the car I reserved and ended up renting me a different car at a higher cost. The agent said this happens all the time. Should have just reserved a car at a bigger company that's more trust worthy.

There weren’t any cars available when I got there. They said to not trust the website prices or availability. They were making up their own prices when I got there. I Left with nothing. Horrible And waste of time

The car rental company didn’t have the car I prepaid for and on top of that they were rude , unapologetic, unaccomodating . My kids were tired and hungry and we had to wait there for 2 hours and were denied help

Cons:

Everything ! I think it’s a scam as there was another tourist from Germany who also prepaid and didn’t get their car.

My flight was delayed and they closed before I could get there. I went first thing the next morning to pick up the car and they said they didn't have one [even though there was a rental in my name for four days]. After trying that afternoon and the day after, they couldn't stick to the contract. Priceline was unhelpful and said they would get back to me within 7-10 days. Would NOT recommend

No car available and had to rent from another agency.I will never choose Green Motion and I don’t think Kayak should do business with them. I was offered a 2 person small truck that would have been illegal to drive out of the city to my destination.

I never got my rental. They were asking for more than $400 to include an insurance should be offered as a suggestion. I canceled right there and still waiting for my initial money I paid to get reimbursed. That changed all my plans. This is so frustrating and annoying. The rental company Green Motion should not be using intermediaries that evidently are tricking potential renters. The price quoted should be all in (with exception if you want further insurance or to reduce the premium). This was highly frustrating and very unfair.

for me it was the worst thing I got to Mexico at 10 o'clock and there is no branch inside the airport the phone number and the one coming in the reservation was wrong I lost time and money looking for the branch until a lady told me where I was and by the way it is outside the airport and in a very ugly area, her schedules are not those who go on the reservation or on her website when I arrived at the establishment was closed I lost the money and the annoyance that caused me was too much, I felt cheated and scammed.... . they should not do those to foreign people rather should give them confidence that if they are airport facilities so that people feel safe and proper and answering telephones and at least, so I take advantage of the space to be solitary returning money for a service they do not use and it was not with correct information.
