We got a room and it smelled bad. Called reception for a new room and had the same smell. They ended up spraying air freshener :/
Location is the only one what I like
First of all the rent of hotel was too high as compare to Hotel Radisson in Costa Rica. Toilet is too much congested. Air condition is very old. Their is no value for money as compare to Costa Rica Radisson hotel which was 3 or 4 star with good breakfast I paid USD 70 per day. And Las America’s Hotel took USD 85 and with our break fast and not good rooms etc
The bathroom smells bad
Staff are very friendly and keen to please. Good position in the center.
Sadly we had a serious issue with security. We booked one night and because our cases did not arrive at the airport we booked the following night as well. When we returned in the evening we found someone else's suitcase in our room. I was astonished that a hotel could be so disorganized. We had passports and business papers etc in our room. The manager offered one free night when we return in September and a free meal for that evening.. The meal was fine but they fried to charge us for the wine.. Shocked.. We are French, therfore have wine with our evening meal. Two days later I booked the two nights for September and the hotel denied that they had agreed to one night free.. Poor PR..
