Pros: Pool and internet
Cons: The smell of the cows
4.0 Okay
Pros: Check in was easy and the hotel is right off the freeway. The pillows were exactly the type I like to sleep on. The motel allows one dog free of charge, which was great as we are traveling with our dog.
Cons: Around 2 in the morning the motel lost power and subsequently water. It still wasn't fully operational by the time we left, which was 10 am. The power outage made checkout a long and tedious process. There were no do not disturb signs available and there were cleaners in our room before we had checked out, which was very awkward.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet, staff very helpfull.
Cons: The fact that i dint get a refrigerater, microwave or blow dryer or coffee maker. Other than that i have no complaints
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room is immaculate. Linens fresh and new. Beds comfortable. No coffee in room or lobby, but several fast food places and a Denny's nearby.
Cons: A/C filter needed changing. This explained why we couldn't get the room to cool off at nite.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was close (not as close as I would like)to where we were doing business and it was conveniently located off of I5. close to food and gas.
Cons: It was a little noisy because of thin ceilings but it is Motel 6 so that wasn't all that much of a surprise. There was a bad odor outside but it did not get into the room.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Liked nothing about this place. Rude people with terrible service.
Cons: The front desk kid obviously doesn't care about his job due to his unkind attitude. We checked out within 5 minutes this place was so disgusting. Bugs everywhere! Shower, floor, bed and even the office. I don't recommend to anyone. I'm surprised they're even in business.
7.4 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: A number of regulars hanging out, drinking and some arguing.
4.0 Okay
Cons: The floor was a hard surface and I don't think it had been cleaned in a while - my feet got pretty dirty in the couple hours I was in the room walking around.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was convenient (next to the highway, gas, food)
Cons: Can’t complain

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to access. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Cons: because it's in the dessert there's insects everywhere. There was a sign in the lobby alerting guests but there were gaps under the doors where cockroaches entered. I suggest providing something for guests to cover those gaps when sleeping.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast choices
Cons: No, good value
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved the style of the property, but a fitness center would top it off, specially since there are not many hotels around the area with a fitness center. Front desk agent who checked me in was nice and professional.
Cons: Would have given a 10 rating for overall experience if I would have not woken up to crickets crawling on the bathroom floor, spiders walking around bath tub walls while I was showering, and a dirty pool on a hot Saturday evening.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was super quiet, very clean & nice rooms, and the two girls at the front desk were professional & polite while still being very friendly. The breakfast was delicious!
Cons: I had a hanbicapped room & the shower head faced toward shower curtain & the water went under the 2" gap under the curtain. Hubby & I took an hour to towel up the completely flooded bathroom. Other than that it would have been perfect.

Pros: Filthy
Cons: Roaches
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service an over all location
Cons: No complaint what so ever
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very nice and accommodating. They offered suggestions on how to get the best rates and room. The room and bathroom were clean. There was on property maintenance working hard to improve property appearance.
Cons: The only problems I found was horse flies found their way into my room through a crack between the door frame and door, but due to the location flies would be excepted. Also, the ice machine was out of ice. Property needs more than one machine.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Sheets/blankets super clean and comfortable. Microwave and frig came in handy. Huge shower stall which hubby loved. Very quiet area.
Cons: Could have more electrical outlets because only extra outlet was in bathroom to charge phone.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Paid only $20 on priceline (plus taxes and fees = $30). Didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised by the newer carpet, bedding and sink. TV was old school CRT tube, not flat panel...so that needs to be changed, but otherwise, can't be beat for $20. Was worried about the odor of Harris Ranch across freeway, but no smell. Quiet too; far enough from I-5 can't hear any traffic noise.
Cons: room was really small...two double beds were pressed against the wall (on one side) and the heater (on the other side). Free "breakfast" was bare minimum--we went to Burger King next door to fill up.
7.0 Good
Pros: N/a
Cons: We asked to be accomidated in a quiet area and we ended up next to people being loud, it seemed as if they were having sexual intercourse and were being quit loud and disruptive to others.
1.0 Poor
Cons: The broken air conditioner was horrible

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Laura Lodge in Coalinga, you'll be within a 10-minute walk of Coalinga City Office and R.C. Baker Memorial Museum. Free self parking is available onsite.
5.7 Okay
Pros: If you can't afford a hotel, then of course the price is right. Staff is nice and it's walking distance to "downtown." Residents are mostly long term people working jobs in the area, which is a little more comfortable.
Cons: Found roach traps in the room which immediately makes you feel icky. No food, coffee, or vending machine available. A hotel is better, but if you're broke, it gets the job done... Bed, shower, tv.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was good.
Cons: The shower and sink did not drain. The toilet flushed marginally. The Wi Fi code I was given did not work. The television could be upgraded to a flat screen. The floor of the room above creaked and Friday the people in it partied all night.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Brand new refrigerator Microwave was in good condition They clean daily Good water pressure and full control of temperature in the shower
Cons: Just very basic which is fine for the price
6.0 Good
Pros: Room was what I expected for the original price. When I checked in, I asked if I could pay for room with cash, the young man said yes. I paid him, he indicated that my card would not be charged. When I got to checking at the end of my trip. I was charged for stay on my card.. I called hotel about a week after stay.. The person I spoke with (a mans voice) did not give any assistance.. So life lesson, when dealing with these types of establishment's, just pay with the credit card you book with.
Cons: Integrity of the staff in this instance is questionable! While I have had many good experiences with small privately owned hotels in my many travels over the past 40+ years of travelling. This was one that did not meet my expectations of business integrity. This experience will not stop me from staying a these low end hotels. What it has done is lesson my expectations of minority owned facilities and persons.
4.2 Okay
Cons: When I first arrived I got a room and the room had a roach on the pillow and when I asked if I can get my money back she just gave me a different room and I was very uncomfortable so I had to sleep with the lights on the whole time uncomfortable visit every
5.0 Okay
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive in office to start check-in. not too clean. Fan in bathroom broken-no window
4.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: They didn’t respect the online price. I showed proof and the “maintenance man” still over charged. Said he didn’t accept online bookings. They overcharged a whole day and three days worth of “refundable cleaning fees” which they refused to refund. The owner or Indian lady was absolutely rude! Poor service and all she said was I don’t care! First and last time I’d ever!
5.4 Okay
Pros: Best place to stay in the area. For the small oil town of coalinga it was great
