Amazing. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. On-site food service was excellent. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Expert staff, well-trained and pleasant, from all over the world. Beautiful rooms, recently updated in the West Building. Good food, although pricey. Beautiful golf courses. Excellent spa facilities. Great resort clothes shopping.
A little "Disney-esque" especially with the many young children and large conference groups running around in early August. The man-made lake in the middle of campus -- ugh.
The Broadmoor is a 5 star resort. It is a designation that is well earned. Everything was excellent.
The Broadmoor is old world beautiful. The detail in design with comfort and beauty in mind is exquisite.
The room we were given had a flight of stairs to climb and we were not told this ahead of time.
In this MASSIVE complex- in HIGH ALTITUDE there is NO water- anywhere!!! None set out at front desk- none in room...we were told "you can BUY some at the4 store down the hall" seriously?!
Finee, well run hotel
Need to bring many $$$ for constant tips
