Two words........BED BUGS. The first room given to me, #231, had bed bugs, lots of them on the mattress cover and under the bed ruffle. The bed linens were stained and gross. I took a couuple of pictures to share with the front desk. I informed the clerk at the front desk and she apologized that happened. I was given a different room, #210. As soon as I walked into the room I saw a bed bug crawling up the bed skirt. Again I took a picture of the bed bug. I went back to the front desk and told the front desk clerk of the second issue. She told me there were no more rooms available and I needed to find somewhere else to stay. This Red Roof Inn West of Columbus, OH is a health risk to stay at.
Pros:It was a good room for a one night stay. Just your typical less expensive hotel room to sleep in while on a road trip. Very close to the interstate and plenty of food options nearby.
Pros:Neat and well-maintained, comfortable bed, pet-friendly.
Pros:It's an older motel, but the room had been renovated using decent materials.
Cons:The bathroom was tiny.
Pros:Located near shops and food!
Cons:Asked mutliple staff for towels...never rcvd! Carpet torn up. There was an Odd odor. no water pressure in the shower.
Pros:Location to the ball fields and restaurants
Cons:Door latch was broken and staff not so friendly
Pros:Surprisingly clean for a cheap room!
