I made two reservations. One through an online site. The on line site had made reservations but some how they were canceled. I ended up pay around $1500 for a double room.

I love the location! AC didn’t work properly. Temperature Is pre-set up for the hotel and at night gets very hot. We asked in the front desk if they can fix it but nothing happen. So, every night was hot and hard to sleep.

Bathroom door locked without being locked & wouldn’t open. Safe didn’t work. Toilet kept flushing. Didn’t make for a restful night. Poor breakfast.

Cons (-) Hilton nickeled and dimed you. Everything cost money. The charge that really angered me was the $19/day parking fee. The hotel is in Concord - not San Francisco. Charging for parking is absurd!! Also, I was disappointed in the hospitality. I would at least think there would be coffee offered to guests in the hotel lobby in the morning. But there wasn’t. Pros (+) I arrived at 2ish, was really hungry, and went straight to grab a drink and bite from the restaurant. It was nice to know it was open. After such a long drive, was not in the mood to get back into my car after checking in to go look for an outside restaurant. And especially, the room was ready didn't have to wait til 3pm. Thank you
Cons (-) 2 things I didn't like.... 1. Once I got into the room wanted to relax before heading out to a business dinner. I believe there was a basketball tournament. I can hear the kids out in the hallway being loud. 2. I think your prices at the restaurant are a little too pricey.

Cons (-) mini fridge didn't work so well (we brought a cooler though) No air circulation in rooms. VERY STAGNANT. But it's a hotel so I didn't really expect to be able to open windows or anything, just a general pet peeve of mine

Cons (-) Staff was a little rude, and didn't really want to help us out. Also the additional $50 a night for insurance no one told us about. And they charge you $18 a night for parking whether you park there or not. The food wasn't the best, I've had better food at a complimentary breakfast buffet. Definitely not $17 worth. Cons (-) $18 to park is kinda ridiculous when your already a paying guest staying at their hotel. Basically s back handed way to make their room rates look cheaper. They reduce the room rate by 20 bucks and then add a $20 parking fee.....
