Pros: Jean Paul and Colette were amazing , very friendly, made the effort to try and speak English because they knew that we only spoke a little French. Breakfast was awesome, Colette kept bringing more and more! Accommodation was exceptional and very dog friendly. Value for money was brilliant. We don’t normally do reviews but this really is 10/10
Pros: Wonderful room, kitchen area perfect for making tea/ coffee or a small snack. Beautiful house in a lovely village, breakfast was superb. The hosts couldn't have done more, excellent stay.
Pros: Jean Paul could not have been more welcoming. Even went so far as taking us to the local carrefour. Nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful hosts.
Pros: Wonderful attentive hosts, superb facilities.
Cons: Nothing could be improved on.
Pros: The breakfast was wonderful, our best breakfast in France. The owner is very kind and caring. The space in the room for four people was very spacious and comfortable. The surroundings of the B&B are very beautiful and peaceful. A nice place to rest form the road trip. The village is very beautiful and quite. We will be back to stay for more days in the B&b and in the region.
Cons: Just a little advice: put mosquito nets in the windows.
Pros: Warmth and friendliness of Colette and Jean Paul. Ability to prepare meals independently in a small kitchenette.
Pros: Wonderful place to stay! The hosts were lovely and the accommodation was perfect. Quaint village off the beaten path. Hope to make our way there again in the future.
Pros: The location in the little village of Rupt by the Saone river was splendid. Jean Paul and Collette are a warm and engaging couple, and do their utmost to make you feel at home ! The breakfast was very good with fresh bread and home-made jam. Their garden is quite extensive and very well kept. We hope to stay there again in the near future.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Pros: We loved everything about the accomodation. Beautiful surroundings, lovely warm hosts who could not do enough for us. We do not speak French, but even that was not a problem for Colette and Jean Paul. Lovely, lovely people.A small kitchen on the ground floor has utensils to make snacks etc, and a fridge to keep cold drinks in. Breakfast was good with choices of breads, cheeses, jams and honey. Chopped fruit , juice and tea and coffee. Overall excellent.
Cons: The only thing was the mattress. We found it a little uncomfortable. Could do with tea and coffee facilities in room.

Pros: The hosts made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived - it is very rare to meet such genuine and wonderful people. Breakfast in the garden was a bliss. The Chateau is beautiful and we wish we had stayed longer.
Pros: The style and decoration of the hotel
Cons: Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed on the evening of our visit, so we had to drive to a local restaurant. This would have been OK but for the fact that it rained heavily as soon as we parked the car!
Pros: Nice room and very nice host warm welcome and all the best , if we have the chance to come back we will come back 100% !!! Breakfast is so good !!!
Cons: Drinking water better if have also sell in the refrigerator .
Pros: This location was fantastic just great it couldn't be better EVERYTHING!!!
Pros: A beautiful Château in lovely surroundings. We stayed in the Mona Lisa room which was very large with tasteful decor. Bathroom was also spacious with a good large shower and separate toilet. Bed and room very comfy. Mario & Pascale are so friendly and welcoming and perfect hosts making you feel welcome in their home. We arrived in the rain - wet and tired after a long motorbike journey in the rain. It appears that we hadn’t received the message regarding the restaurant being closed for kitchen refurbishment but Mario & Pascale soon resolved that issue by offering to drive us into town and booking us a table in a lovely local restaurant where food was excellent. They very kindly also brought us back saving us a ride out in our wet motorbike gear. Nothing was too much trouble for them and breakfast was served in the morning on a large banquet table with candelabra. Breakfast was lovely and we felt like royalty. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.
Cons: That we couldn’t stay longer and spend more time in such a beautiful house and surrounding gardens.
Located in Comberjon, Domaine Le Puits du Moulin is in a rural location, within a 10-minute drive of Notre Dame de La Motte a Vesoul and Ludolac. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: great location, very cozy room!
Pros: Excellent place: beautiful grounds, large modern and clean rooms, great host. Recommended for relaxation.
Pros: Extremely clean and comfortable. The owners have taken great thought and care to create a relaxing atmosphere with tasteful decor. The evening dinner was delicious, lovely cuisine, well presented, and all prepared with local produce. Excellent!
Cons: It was no problem for us as we speak some French, but for non-French speakers, there may be a slight difficulty in communication. However, for the adventurous, it is a great place for a stay, overnight or longer.
Pros: When we arrived at this, large house, we had no way of knowing where to knock or ring a bell, for attention, but the hostess could obviously see us on her very modern security system, and the large mechanical gate opened. There was a small amount of confusion, mostly caused by either speaking the others language, but all came good in the end. The room we had was on the lower floor, a great help with my disability. On entering our room, WELL........To say this home has STYLE in cart loads is an understatement. The word IMMACULATE, spring to the tip of my tongue, WHICH WAS HANGING RUDELY OUT. Lovely... Lovely room and space, with and excellent shower and separate toilet... the WHOLE set up was of such HIGH standard, we really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast, was everything and more that you could have wanted, almost everything was homemade, and the hostess had gone above and beyond all the other places we had stayed at on our trip..... So this is a 5 star place to stay.
Cons: A little more attention to the booking in on arrival... would have made things flow better, instead of looking lost and wondering if you have the right place, other than that .......PERFECT...
Pros: Everything!! Madame was very charming and cooked a beautiful meal for us. The room was to an exceptional standard with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with a good choice of bread and lovely coffee.
Pros: Beautifully renovated house. Very comfortable and lots of common spaces. Good dinner.
Cons: The house cat was too shy for my daughter ;)
Pros: Wow! So stylish, lovely blend of traditional/original (weater mill elements) with new. Gracious hostess, fabulous cooking and spaciosu comfortable room. Highly recommended.
Cons: No sign post on main road (very minor point).

Pros: This is one of the nicest guesthouses we stayed in recent time. The guesthouse is located in an older house which was renovated very tastefully. The rooms are stylish, lovely decorated with a modern touch combining old charm. The hosts are super friendly and helpful and gave us information on restaurants in nearby villages. The breakfast room is absolutely gorgeous and we loved the breakfast together with other guests on a big table. The home made marmelade is delicious. Ray-sur-Saône definitely is one of the loveliest villages on the Saône. It is extremely quiet and it looks like time has stood still. The houses in the village are old, some lovely renovated. The setting of the village on the Saône river is fantastic. There is a castle on the hill and some lovely walkways around the village. We will definitely return to this guesthouse in the future.
Cons: nothing - just perfect :-)
Pros: Beautiful quiet property, super family room, wonderful host, super comfortable room & house, so much offered - kitchenette, sitting room, guide books & lovely description of the castle & surrounding places of interest - we had supper in the village at the cafe bar, lovely friendly welcome, excellent Plat du Jour menu, fab local wine - nothing to fault the whole stop over!

Pros: It is a family owned 'hotel', the owner is very friendly and do are the rest of family members. The room is well decorated although it is a bit smelly when you enter, I guess it has not been used since a while. We have asked for a baby bed which was well arranged. The shared shower room and toilette is also well equiped with everything needed although we are not use to a shared one. Breakfast is also nice. Parking is absolutely safe which was closed inside the garden.
Cons: The room was smelly when entered which I guess it has not been used since while. There are not enough furniture in the room that we could only put everything on the floor.

We complained about the first room we were out in and we moved; the second was a little better, but still poor. The toilets and showers were unpleasant. The bedding had holes in.
